Bristol on her graduation

Bristol Palin talks to Eddie Burke about her graduation:

Eddie Burke is so articulate and all... he seemed really amazed that Bristol graduated from high school.

So are we.

  1. the "immaculate" graduation.

it is good to be the daughter of GINO... and a ROLE MODEL.

What a hard hitting interview by Eddie.. ranks up there with Greta's fine interview of first dud.

I noticed EB said the "same thing happened to him and his wife," they now have a 26 year old daughter and "it's all cool."
While I am glad he made an honest women of his wife and they have a grown daughter, I am scratching my head trying to figure out how this is going to convince teens from having sex. The line "it happens" followed by "it's all cool" I really don't think promotes abstanence very well.

  4. Kathy in Blue Bell,

If EB's daughter is 26 years old, she was born 10 years before the incident with the waitress and the crotch grab, for which he pleaded "no contest" in court.

EB may have made an honest woman of the mother of his daughter, but as for family values...

  5. Still, also, how do you get enough credits to graduate when you don't actually attend school? It's obviously a secret lots of other teens would like to know about. Or, does your mom have to be governor?

And Burke sounds like some high school bigmouth from the hick town I grew up in.

  7. You PDS sufferers are disgusting! How can you mock Bristal after all she's been through? She's a hard worker, just like her Mom. So what if Trip takes a nap? All babies sleep a lot at his age! Get a life!!!

  8. Hey anon, if you want to defend BristOl, you might try spelling her name correctly.

Although I think that post must be snark. "hard work?" hahahaha

  9. Anon 15:42, your arguments wouldn't be very convincing even if you knew how to spell Bristol's name. Bristol has shown little evidence that she's a "hard worker." BP does enjoy flying around for free and staying in nice hotels, as any teen would. Also she seems to thrive on having an active sex life, which many teens do not, or at least not without rigorously combining sex and contraception--available over the counter at any pharmacy.

Don't know if you're a mother, but "all babies" do NOT sleep a lot. None of mine did. And those of us on this blog and others do have active, interesting lives, and we don't want to see them marred by GINO's bumbling self-righteousness. Go back to C4P or Free Republic and coo about how gorgeous and hawwwt you think those Palins are!

There, I've fed a troll for the day...

    Bristol Palin
Looking like a lot of her classmates – giddy and irreverent, wearing a silly necklace of Blow-Pop lollipops strung together with curly gift ribbon – Bristol Palin stepped toward the stage in Wasilla Sports Complex Thursday night to receive her high school diploma, more a worried mom than a jubilant teen
    "Where's my baby?" Bristol mouthed

Bristol boasted a 3.497 G.P.A., regretting only that she was "point zero-zero-something" away from graduating with Honors. A budding activist in the cause to prevent teen pregnancy, she says she hopes to go to an area college for a two-year business degree and then a job, possibly in real estate.

  11. I guess this is a good a place to get this off my chest as any. My 16-year-old niece has just announced that she is pregnant. She is going the keep the child and finish school just like - wait for it 'cause you already know what's coming - Bristol. If Bristol can do this, so can she. So, abstinance is realistic, yes? That's the best way to go about it, yes? This makes me furious. Sarah, Bristol, Candie's. None of them are in any way good role models for ANYTHING. ABSTINANCE WORKS MY ASS!! What hypocrits. And I have a feeling this is not the only residual damage these "good" Christians are going to cause.

  12. Anon...I agree with you. Its sounds to me though, that your niece has some very intelligent people in her corner...as compared to Bristol.

Bristol is NOT a role model, and should never ever have been held up as one. This little lady has been having sex for quite some time I am sure. I think her use of contraception was at best..hit and miss. At least once..quite possibly twice...she "missed".

Talk to your niece..if only to help her realize that she needs to be more than a Bristol Palin ever could be.

  13. @anon who thinks babies sleep a lot. Bristols baby is now at least 4 months old. A four month old does NOT sleep like they are drugged. I dont know how many babies you have been in contact with.....or if you have been in contact with babies like that, then they had lousy mothers.

I can't stand Eddie "fat boy" Smurke!
He's such a effing GINO kiss ass!
    Saying Bristol is taking "responsibilities"?
    "class act"?
    He's "impressed"?
WTF? Bristol's done nothing but ride on GINO's coat tails and drug her kid(s)being the poster child for "teen Pregnancy & sex" She has doing nothing but collected gifts from all GINO's minion and sycophants, has she given anything to unwed mothers?? Has she even tried to help unwed mothers at WHS or in Alaska or anywhere else? She is a grifter like her Mom. The whole family is liar's and grifters.
And how the hell she graduated by
"helping" a WHS swim coach on and off school time is beyond me! I feel sorry for the WHS who actually worked for their HS diploma, if I were the parents I would be outraged! WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE IN ALASKA ABOUT GINO AND HER FAMILY, WHY DO THEY GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING??????

  15. I'm sorry to hear about your niece, she is lucky to have you.

We had a young family member who went through a teen pregnancy. Her parents told her they would not be able to afford to have her at home and to raise a baby. Cruel, huh? She was going to keep the baby no matter what. She went to a home for unwed mothers and everyone was supportive of her. The unborn child's future was her decision. As the preganancy progressed she decided to look into adoption. That was a process, she met the family she chose but she backed out. Devastating the adoptive mother who had been through so much. In the end, she did decide the baby would be best off with the adoptive family. The birth mother is still struggling with education but her child has had a quality life and will graduate from college. She does not regret her decision.

There are never easy answers for this. The unwed mother's father was a sick man and needed care. She felt lonely and wanted someone of her own as a teen, but it was too much for her family. She did marry a man with children and she does have a relationship with her birth child. I think it is called open adoption. I have been to birthday parties and was amazed that the family she chose was so much like our family.

  16. Dear Anonymous, All Bristol has been through? What has she been through? Why is her life so bad that we should talk positive about her!

As far as getting a life, this is my life. David Axelrod and President Obama are paying me to write on these blogs, and thus I must do it! They even call for reports every night. Yes they are so worried about Sarah Palin (LOL) they can hardly sleep at night!!

What I find even stranger is that you would go on a blog that you know doesn't approve of Palin just to yell at people. Don't you have anything better to do? Get a life!

PS Eddie Burke is an incredible moron. It is amazing people listen to him, but then they listen to Rush.

  17. anon 15:57, I am very sorry about your niece. 16 years old! I am sorry about these young girls are not emotionally equipped to be parents. It is very sad. Kids need to understand all their options and to be educated.
Bristol is not a good role model sorry. She seems to be a sweet young woman, and I hope she can accomplish what she wants. It is her mother we don't approve of.
