Sarah the almighty

The law of conservation of energy states that the total amount of energy in an isolated system remains constant. A consequence of this law is that energy cannot be created or destroyed.

Sarah Palin's bio on Twitter:

Creating New Energy for Alaskans as governor of the 49th state!

Sarah Palin must be much closer to God than previously thought. Wait! If her statement on Twitter is true, SHE must be God!

Recall Sarah Palin
.

  1. Oooh! Fun with science -- I'd noticed the same thing & thought it was just plain goofy.

  2. LOL ! I love the image you made to go with the post.

I noticed that bio line on her Twitter page too and thought, yeah, she's given thousands of Alaskans the energy to file ethics complaints and watch her every move...

  4. Hey, I think the power to create the new energy is in her eyes! Something is vibrating out of them...

  5. It REALLY bugs me that she has that on twitter and she also uses this to promote herself! It should infuriate all of us because of the millions she turned down for energy efficiency projects!! This is the part of the stimulus she turned down!! What kind of an "energy leader if the future" is not for improving energy efficiency!! There is an easy answer!! It is someone who is pandering to certain sectors of the energy industry... OIL and coal. Everyone knows Palin sucks up to big oil! Her radon is that buildingcodes would have to be changed! Duh!! Calling on Palin! It is 2009 and yes things are going to have to be updated. That is called progress. Does anyone think Palin cares about developing new green energy technologies!!!!! How dare this woman call herself an emery reformer!!!!!!!!!

  7. Very amusing image! And disturbingly, some members of the Church of Palintology would actually agree that she is God. Here's someone who thinks she's "Jesus in disguise": http://fstdt.net/QuoteComment.aspx?QID=58935

  8. Oh, and I may as well link this which I've wanted an excuse to share here for a while-- in which Sarah Palin emits sparkles that hypnotize conservatives: http://andrewsullivan.theatlantic.com/the_daily_dish/2008/10/palins-superpow.html

  9. Actually, it's matter-energy that can neither be created or destroyed. Energy can be created from matter, according to Einstein's famous E=mc*2 (no exponents available). A bright physics student could calculate the energy equivalent of, say, 110 lbs., or whatever she weighs, and determine what proportion of Alaska's energy needs it would satisfy and for how long were she completely converted to energy. We all know what other needs it would satisfy.
