  6. I just loved to take pictures of Regina's kitten. "Pirate" is an excellent model. Not camera-shy at all ;-)

  7. What beautiful pics! Your cat is adorable, Regina.

Patrick, you have a great eye for photography!

  9. I saw some news on HuffPost right now which really upset me:

Photos of Military Deaths in Afghanistan Banned

So embedded journalists “will not be allowed to photograph or record video of U.S. personnel killed in action” any more!

That is very sad. There is no “clean” war. These pictures are necessary to remind the public what war is all about, that it’s horrible and cruel – and that war can only be the “ultima ratio”.

War photography has a great tradition. Recently Regina published an excellent post about this topic:
Sarah Palin and the ultimate sacrifice

  10. Oh Floyd! You beat me to it! I love lolcats :) In fact three of them let me live at their house!

Pirate definitely looks like an lolcat. I caption the window pic as "I knowz dis da way outs. Must.push.harder."

    Thanks for the smile.

I'm losing hope she will ever be held accountable...

WELL DONE!!! These new domains should definitely be put to good use.

  15. If you have any ideas how I can use those sites to the best advantage Patrick, I'm open to any suggestions. I'm waiting for SUFON to go live so I can get an idea of what they're up to, other than begging for money

  16. Patrick, is the kitty trying to get to the champagne? Does he/she know something we don't? Mine is still in the fridge. I don't have a fancy bucket for mine ...

    ReplyDelete
  17. Daisydem,

the kitten was attracted by the icy water - I have several more pictures, he checked the temperature with his paws and licked the water from inside and from the outside of the bucket - it was supercute ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  18. Regina, I should have known you're a cat person (remember $P hates cats)! He is adorable. I love the one with ice bucket, obviously a man of good taste! Great pics Patrick.

I guess the next thing in Palin's money grubbing schemes will be a church. Looks like she is ready to use SUFON as a spring board to start her own political party. And then we can look forward to a Palin House of Worship. I hope Patrick is right. Sometimes I feel as if she is never, ever going to get her just deserts. I vacillate between being angry and depressed that she has fooled so many people at parting from their hard-earned money.

4 angry felines. Two staring at me right now outta disgust I am just sitting on the computer rather than doing something "worthwhile" .. like with them.
When I tell them I am busy right now.. they just start licking frantically like saying.. oh, we don't need you I'm just in here "licking"

  22. Yes, supercute kitty! Thanks for sharing.

  23. SUFON being a UFO network explains why Sarah is looking in the sky on her book cover. Never would have guessed it. I thought she was on the lookout for Putin rearing his head.

  24. Eye on you:

Excellent.. I tried to get stand up for our nation on blogspot yesterday but it was taken which was why i grabbed it on word press.. Try to figure out the best way to fight back against these shenanigans or hers

  28. what about Standupforour nation.org? anyone get that?

  29. You are a bunch of VERY clever pajama bloggers. Wouldn't you think that the astute organizers would've secured all the FB and blog addresses BEFORE they announced the new group?

Sounds like Sarah just continues to surround herself with even more of the same band of merry fools.

BTW, to those who complain about all of us blogging about all the Palingates out here...

There are many great reasons for keeping up the Palin. Keeping one step ahead of her is one tremendous reason for staying alert.

The other is that Sarah just can't stay away from the blogosphere either. You betcha that she reads what gets posted here and thar.

She is the moth...we are the light.

    zzzzzzzzap!

I checked the .org and .net for that domain when i grabbed the other one.. Both were unavailable which came as no surprise. If you're going to launch a national site like that it's common practice to grab the .org and .net also

  31. It will be interesting when she secures whatever site it is (now will have to have a number at the end since you guys took the real names :D..
    StandupforYourNation55219.com)

Well, when she gets something and starts "blogging" ... oooh I thought she hated "bloggers" ..I think she was all insanely jealous and wants secretly to be a blogger herself.. Facebook/Tweeties were all just a way to stick her finger in the water but enough to keep from being labeled a blogger

But soon she won't be able to help it!!

anyone else's wv becoming super long? todays: "hainkei" what happened to ones like "cord23"

  32. Great work everyone with grabbing the web-addresses!

I am proud that we are developing here into such a vibrant and active community - thanks to Regina, who has built up a first-class blog and who has realised that "moderated comments" are poison to any free discussion. So with these instant, unmoderated comments, we can react to current developments very quickly, and can become a really powerful force. We hate censorship, and we are not afraid of trolls, too.

My feeling is that the fight against Sarah now goes into the decisive phase - but it's actually more a fight against her lunatic followers, who should really scare the bejeezus out of anybody with some brain cells left. By exposing Sarah, these people will be disgraced.

I know that some of you feel frustrated from time to time, because Sarah always seems to get anyway with anything. However, I know for certain that the anti-Palin blogs are also being read by people in the media, and the more convincing we can present our case, the more they will be inclined for example to pick up the faked pregnancy.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I think a lot of this stuff is about fund raising. As it becomes more difficult to raise funds, even more so with the recession, those ultra-con organizations keep getting shriller and shriller, with a lot of really off-the-wall talking points. That is what will do them in, because there is a limit to how shrill you can be and remain credible. By 2010 or 2012, $arah may be hosting a scream-fest on Fox News.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Thanks for the nice comments regarding the pictures!

Very O/T: The shots were all taken with a film-camera on 400 ASA film. I "don't do digital". I can understand that for professional use digital cameras have advantages, but for private use, I just don't see the advantage. You keep the negatives "forever", and I never have to upgrade my camera. Very controversial subject, I know. ;-)

But that was really O/T. Back to the witch from Wasilla! ;;--))

  36. It's funny, but as far as SP's "getting away" with her scams, I view the glass as half full. First, she quit her job as Governor of Alaska under very questionable circumstances. We still don't know exactly why she quit-- sure we can speculate. Secondly, she was humiliated nationally during the campaign because of her ignorance and inability to speak and think clearly. Certainly, there will always be that percentage of the population that is attracted to her, but they don't rule us. Unfortunately the media gives SP and her teabagger toadies too much play time. BUT---

Now, because of her delusional arrogance, she thought she could become VP, so she exposed her grifter, pregnancy faking persona to us. HA! big mistake SP, now you've got the eyes of thousands of thoughtful folks on you and we can see you clearly.... and we aren't letting you out of our sight!

So, while she may have succeeded in lots of unethical actions in Alaska, she's got a huge spotlight on her now and hiding will be more difficult.

  40. Patrick -- I agree re war photos, allowing due respect for the wishes of the families of the deceased. If we are not willing to see the hideous results and believe they are nevertheless worth it, we should not be funding/doing it. War, I mean. 45. Palin needs to be stopped. She has no conscience, that's why she's doing all these crazy things. Furthermore, she's very delusional as apparently are her followers. I can't believe there are that many stupid people in this world. She's laughing all the way to the bank because of it and has no remorse for anythings she's done. Enough already!
Thanks for the good work, Patrick.

  47. Not to put a damper on these beautiful, cuddly photos with this one.. but
    http://pics.livejournal.com/hrh40/pic/0004a9ts/

    She just looks funny
Looks like she's going back to her weird 80's look, bleached hair that is unflattering to her skintone, pale lips, and way too much eyeliner

I remember the first time I heard she didn't like cats.. I bet she HATES them and is scared of them. In the video with her group of friends.. one rolled her eyes and was like OH Sarah isn't too fond of cats.. or something like that..and seemed to want to say more and the other friend kindof shhhshed her and was like "She just doesn't" like cats.. next subject?

Cats require EYE Contact... they like to sniff your finger if they don't know you.. then they will size you up.. and when THEY are ready.. they will interact
Sarah P. thinks the world revolves around her.. she "gives" nothing but expects everything. I bet the first time she saw her friends' cat she went right up to it and said with a shrill OH HI KITTY!! PET PET PET ..and the cat probably bit her! :D
And then looked at her like you crazy biatch! And Sarah knew the cat saw her soul.. from then on mental note "Stay away from cats!"

  48. Don't older women usually go "lighter" as it hides the gray more?
Think that is why she has that weird orangey brown blond but not quite blond.. weird, but noticably lighter, hair color these days?

Is she actually full blown gray under all that! :) The "wigs" are all dark! This must be her real hair

  49. More to the point anon at 02:18, what 44 year old post partum woman could wear those shorty shorts??? Come on Sarah, give us a break. Not to be gross or anything ladies and gents, but you need to wear a certain amount of large personal hygiene products after giving birth - and they are pretty incompatible with shorty shorts.
This picture is of the tiny Trig, so not sure when it was taken, but Sarah's attire does not match that of a post partum 44 y/o. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

  50. Is it time to report 'HockeyMomsBodyGuard' @2:46 to authorities? That poster threatened violence. Please report them to Blogger so that authorities can get their IP and they can be prosecuted for threats. Thanks.

  51. HockeyMom'sBodyguard shows the kind of people that Sarah attracts.

We saw how they behaved on the campaign trail, we've seen how they act towards other bloggers that they don't agree with, and we've seen how they will make issues personal (think about what they did to Celtic Diva).

I'm not in the least bit surprised by this comment, and I say all we need to do is keep exposing Sarah Palin for what she is and those she attracts to her. That will drive people away faster than you can blink your eye.

  52. We received more inside info regarding Palin's building project - this apparently what they are building at the moment (info came from a source close to the builders):

    1) bottom floor, airplane hangar. 40 foot opening, doors ordered.

  62. There are some further news, also freshly arrived from a source in Alaska:

Kristan Cole, Sarah Palin's best friend, trustee of her (now defunct?) and possibly unethical Alaska Fund Trust (Legal Defense Fund aka Slush Fund) and "partner in crime" regarding the highly suspicious events surrounding the Matanuska Creamery (Kristan Cole was appointed by Sarah Palin as the Board Chair)...

    MATANUSKA CREAMERY DESASTER

...has now published five brand-new promotion videos for her Real Estate business and put them on youtube yesterday, see for example here:

    Kristan Cole Wasilla Real Estate

The videos itself are pretty poor and won't win her an Oscar, but it's noteworthy that there were produced by Seth Adams Smith, who is one of the contributors at C4P and has made several videos for them.

Another indication who incredibly close the C4Peers actually are to the Palin camp.

If you want more proof for that, you should check out the facebook friends list of Sarah's close friend (former receptionist, then Palin appointed top official) Ivy Frye...

    ReplyDelete
  63. ...sorry, I meant: Seth Adam Smith

  64. Patrick,
    I am curious about
    3) 3rd floor, $arah land. "office"
The first thing to come to mind was was Kristan Cole and was she going into real estate. Next you are posting about KC. What is $arah land. "office?"

Guess what she is wearing during a April 2 press conference? The McD special. It must have been getting tight. In 11 more days she had the Gusty belly.

Palin: Budget cuts a disservice to Alaskans Wednesday, April 2, 2008
    http://www.capitalcityweekly.com/stories/040208/news_20080402056.shtml

    ReplyDelete
  65. "$arah land" means just "Sarah's space". Office, yes. Little sarcasm there.

The info comes from a very reliable source.

I don't know any connection to KC in this respect. It was coincidence that I was posting about her today.

    ReplyDelete
  66. I think that Seth Adam Smith making those video's is significant.

Sarah and RAM repeatedly claimed that there was no connection to one another.

Then RAM & VO travel to (and end up staying in ) Alaska. Slowly their involvement into C4P (or Ocean of Urine) disolves, until their names are removed totally and any mention of them is deleted from the comments.

Now we find out that the C4P video maker is working for Kristan Cole.

They are trying to distance themselves from C4P for a reason, most likely because of the previous & repeated claims of not having anything to do with one another.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Was upinak possible Kristen or Ivey?

    ReplyDelete
  68. No she is neither.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Seth Adam Smith making videos is significant. They are a closed and secretive bunch and can't come out and just say how connected they are. Their own peers don't know what they do. It all stinks. They are so use to the stench none of them care.

I still don't entirely get why they are turning on C4P who are continuing to wipe a$$. It is getting pitiful that some people can't wake up.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Patrick, great that you brought up the new Matanuska Creamery. This is 4 dairy farmers and two owners who have previously defaulted on over $4 million in State loans. Now they stand with Kristan Cole at the helm with their hands out again. There is a board meeting tomorrow where it is rumored that they may ask for another $410,000 loan. We might as well call it a gift. They got $650,000 in Federal Grant money, a million dollars of the equipment out of Mat Maid , another $630,000 state loan, have a Federal Tax Lien slapped on them that they have not paid....the list is long. They built this business on other people's money and Cole is at the heart of it. She is the chariwoman of two boards...the fox is guarding the hen house with NO oversight. Now they are waiting for some Federal cheese money. Gimme , Gimme, Gimme...This is a private business living off of state and Federal money. Sickening. Cole needs to be investigated.

    ReplyDelete
  71. upinak I think is Stepovich, she's a piece of work that one. I've had the displeasure of meeting her as well. I never understood why the supposedly "conservative" quittypants would need a Fairbanks office in the first place. She rarely got off the couch. Maybe she thought the job was there instead of Juneau.

Cole needs to be put in prison just like her mommy. The apple certainly didn't fall far from that tree

  72. I've noticed some harsh criticism directed at Shannyn and AKM in previous threads.

Please don't do that. Bloggers are free to choose how to run their own blogs and have different approaches to the topics.

They are our friends and have their reasons not to "do" Babygate. We have to respect their very valid reasons.

I don't moderate comments, but would like to ask people to refrain from attacking friendly bloggers.

We're all on the same side, don't forget that. We work together in different ways, that's all.

  74. I don't think the fake pregnancy will ever gain traction, though. To the media, they'll just dismiss it as being the liberal "birthers" conspiracy theory.

All the harping on Bush about his AWOL and cocaine usage as a young man didn't prevent him from becoming president.

Honestly, I bet that Palin doesn't run for president. I think she only saw politics as a way to fame and now that she's famous, she doesn't need a "title." After all, wasn't her ambition in high school to be a sportscaster?

I'd love to see her disappear. But I'd love it even more if the media breaks babygate in a big way. She's like a living soap opera, and why she'll never get elected to office again.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Regina , some simply want to know what their "very valid" reasons are. Is that criticism? No. They ate in a position to help and it bothers some that they don't. It bothers me because they obviously leave it out as if we are all the crazy truthers. Saying that isn't really being that hard on them-
so what are their "very valid" reasons for ignoring this issue? I am not the one who said anything in previous threads but I would still like to know

    http://blogs.abcnews.com/thenote/2009/10/top-line-top-10-least-powerful-people-in-dc.html

    1. Levi Johnston. The father of Sarah Palin's grandchild has forfeited any claims he might have had to being taken seriously by hawking pistachios and deciding to appear in Playgirl. Just about no one in Washington even knew Playgirl was still around. Fewer want to see Levi Johnston naked. He almost married the daughter of the woman who almost became vice president, which makes him … absolutely nothing.

  84. Anon@11:23,

I really don't think any of the bloggers have to explain themselves to each other. Shannyn and AKM write about whatever they like and manage their blogs the way they feel suits them. I respect and trust them and I know they don't think we're crazy truthers. They simply don't dedicate their blogs to the same pursuits, which is their right.

We can discuss Babygate freely without resorting to attacks on friendly bloggers or demanding explanations from them.

Let's not turn a difference in style and approach into a blog against blog kind of thing. That's divisive and won't help us achieve anything.

We're on the same side, never forget that, please.

She is in shape and fits into the narrow jacket with the tight abs.

At 8 months pregnant she can still show off her tight abs? How is that possible?

I saw this April 2, 2008 of Palin on Palingates. She would be 8 months pregnant 2 months after February 2008.

  91. Tuxedo cats are IT ! When ours was a kitten he loved to tip his water dish (just a little bit) and then play with the water when it ran down the grooves in the kitchen linoleum. When he ran out of water he would tip a little bit more out.

This kitty has the cutest built in paw prints !

And yes, cats know. My mother in law is cut from the same cloth as Miss Sarah and she can't stand cats either, so we always made sure we had one, that way we didn't have to worry about her coming to visit unexpectedly. On the rare occasions she did visit (sort of like a visit from an alien queen), we had to secure the cats in a spare bedroom.

It's called "Sarahs Accomplishments" written by upinak (aka Stepovich another paid shill for quittypants) which according to the blog "if the list were printed it would be over 30 pages".. Wow.. Really? As a lifelong Alaskan 30 pages of her accomplishments piques my interest, so I had to click on it. In the category of you can't make this stuff up, I'm going to share the list of accomplishments with the good folks here.

It starts with some bullshit about AGIA which is so absurd I won't even go into it. All AGIA accomplished was handing half a BILLION dollars of our money to a Canadian pipeline company which is just a front for a pipeline company in Texas which are friends of SP. It's too complicated to get into but the rest of her listed ummmm "accomplishments" are quite entertaining..

  94. Regina and Kathleen: 100% agreement from here. No outing! When the time is right, I bet Shannyn and AKM will be there with in-depth, detailed, insightful thoughts to round everything out.

We are all waiting for another shoe to drop. As I keep saying, the hoax is still intact. But lots of cracks and inroads, lots of us watching and waiting to support anyone who cares to speak up at a moment that is right for them -- and who knows when the next tidbit will set it all to exploding.

I respect the position of Shannyn and AKM as much as I do their well-stated reporting, thoughts, and insights. And I respect the need for people in AK to keep quiet if that is their assessment of the situation -- family safety vs risks of speaking up. The risks to them are not trivial, as we have seen.

    All in good time.

  95. Would people be offended by a parody/satire of Sarah's miraculous pregnancy? I know that she was offended by the "desecration" of an "iconic image," but would it further the babygate story if Sarah were ridiculed for this miraculous birth, if it were compared with another miraculous birth?

  97. Okay, you are not going to believe this. (Yes, you will). I have a google alert set up for T1, cause I want to get to the bottom of the hoax. Check out this comment left at a blog today:

"I was recently shocked to see what was put out about Trig and Bristol. The facts reported (if true?) seem to indicate that Bristol bore Trig, and perhaps Gov. Palin thought it important to take control of certain matters as they were deemed to be private family business. However national politics is cruel, and I would rather state a hypothesis so the air might be cleared than leave things alone (awaiting the other shoe to drop). Gov. Palin could do wonders for pro-life advocates as everything she has lived proves how strongly she and her family feel on this IMPORTANT issue (far more important than any one single person’s political aspirations).

"Consider the possible scenario that Gov. Palin took special needs Trig under her wing to help her daughter with a very difficult situation for such a young mother. However, for expeditious (shallow political) reasons, Sarah claimed the baby biologically to be her’s. Unfortunately though (and this might happen again–that’s why I want to float this scenario, to get it out there and done with) people on the internet made it seem as if she was being deceptive rather than simply reacting lovingly about a private family situation.

"I was shocked when I saw some things on Youtube about Trig and Bristol, and I can only imagine how the Governor felt (if that were true). If it were true, it might encourage her to have Tripp adopted by Bristol. This would add enough distraction from what is personal family business while at the same time helping Bristol, Trig, and Tripp all at once!

"We need more families that will adopt infants, as well as more families that will respect the life of the unborn, especially special needs children like Trig. We also need to recognize how twisting national politics can be on a family and
caution the media from pushing people into no win situations.

"This post can result in win win in that Sarah is pro-life, and if she told it from her heart, along with her daughter Bristol, it could make a genuine difference. That is, if any of this speculation holds water…

"I speculated all this due to the alleged facts I gathered here and there on the net (e.g., Youtube on Trig’s actual birth mother, there is a lot to consider, it’s easy to find), and my personal interpretation of how I see Bristol and Levi’s mood over all this. It’s all complete speculation on my part.

"But if it were true, Gov. Palin truly has a huge heart for her family as well as provides leadership regarding right to life issues (e.g., caring for Trig and adopting a motherless child). God bless the Palins and God have mercy on me if I say something “out there” that causes this to be taken as something more than mere speculation.

"Bottomline: the Palins have so much more to offer this IMPORTANT MORAL ISSUE (genocidal: abortion, invetero fertilization embryo “waste,” considerations of harvesting embryo or fetal body parts via stem cell or clone R&D, GADS!!) of our time, than any personal political ambitions that it might compete with. I guess I’m trying to encourage her to take up a cross that her family could do so much for, rather than risk getting beat up by media and half truths. I pray I’m incorrect–but if I’m not, this will prove haunting to a family as genuine as the Palins. God Bless!"

Ummmmm.... now her supporters are picking up on the theory? Of course, it's Spin, Baby, Spin, but still...........

    ReplyDelete
  98. Wow, Yellowgirl, what a find!

Goes to show what many people who follow this issue have been saying, which is that the Palinbots, when the hoax is revealed/covered in MSM/confessed to by Palin, will all instantly come around from complete condemnation of the Trig Truthers (who they will still condemn, except they will condemn for new reasons) to praise and compassion for Sarah.

This statement tells all we need to know about that mindset:
"But if it were true, Gov. Palin truly has a huge heart for her family as well as provides leadership"...

The Dominionist movement that Palin is part of is very big on their heroes "having a heart for" issues/actions. I have noticed that phrase is a real giveaway when you are dealing with these people.

These same folks would rip anybody else to shreds for having the gall to pull off such a hoax, especially in the arrogant, smirking way that she has done it. Now that the evidence has been dangerously mounting, you have her supporters starting the spin: she has a huge heart, it was the greatest thing a mother has ever done, blah blah. Liars for Jesus and Special Needs!

However, I think the vast majority of the general public will feel differently, and see this deception for what it is: a huge slap in the face of the American electorate, as well as a wake up call that maybe the MSM should start doing some actual journalism, instead of buying into the Faux News extensive coverage of trivia, while ignoring the real news.

  104. Who Sarah Palin's friends are and what qualifies one as a friend of Sarah is just one side of the coin. The other side being who are not her friends and why not. That side is more relevant to the public because Sarah heavily relies on friends and acquaintances from her past. This is crucial because no politician especially in a high office can survive by depending only those he or she knows from the past.

Sarah's problem is a heavy reliance on unqualified friends and acquaintances while shunning qualified strangers. Members in the media and public in the state rumbled over this and see it as a sign of weakness. Her first Attorney General was a high school friend. Eventually he was deemed unqualified for the job and forced out of office.

The standing joke in the state has been which school friend will Sarah appoint next?
Now that Palin resigned, the question is no longer pertinent for now but should she be elected for another position in the future, her inability to trust and feel comfortable with people outside of her past works against her. Her combative petulant nature is glossed over as mavericky behavior. The McCain team found out the hard way she is no real maverick. She is uncooperative and unmanageable.

Let's hope voters in the future won't have to learn that lesson.

  105. I am sure that Sarahs supporters will spin the information about Trig really being Bristols. They will all forgive Sarah because she was in their mind saving a Downs baby and protecting her daughter.

I was trying to put myself in Sarahs shoes which is pretty difficult (lol). How would I react if I was a public figure who was conservative and against abortion and my 15 year old daughter came to me pregant! I have to be honest and say that that would be a very difficult position to be in. If she would have just been honest from day one, I bet her supporters would have been understanding. Now she has lied so many times. I can almost even understand what she did - covering and apparently trying to help Bristol!

BUT she did a few things next that are despicable! Outing Bristol in front of the entire world on TV-telling people she was 5 months pregnant to cover up the Trig story was disgusting. But how could she admit to the world that her 17 year old daughter was pregnant a second time!!

Then the way she used Trig and paraded him around!!! There is no excuse for that! No well informed intelligent parent of a special needs baby would drag that I fant into the bright lights, the noise, and all that was involved! It is completely inappropriate as many have stated on this blog. The way these kids were all used for political purposes is sickening! And her fans accuse us of saying bad things about her children???? Are they blind or stupid! Had anyone even seen Trig? If Sarah cares so much why isn't she out there promoting early intervention for developmentally disabled infants and toddlers??? I have zero respect for her and Bristol is young! Giving lots of love is not enough for these special babies!

If Sarah has brains she would come clean with her fans! It's going to be much worse for her now after lying for so long!!

Her fans will forgive her no matter what but I telligent America will not.....the woman makes me sick. I don't get what people see in her. I read their comments and realize then how uninformed they are about who Sarah real is..! They are clueless - they think she is "real America and brilliant! Just read their comments on various article. That blog Palins accomplishments, is one of the worst. Some of the writers seem to live in some kind of alter universe and the writing is often at a junior high level.

    Sorry for the length.

  106. Yellowgirl,
I could not get the link to work. I don't know what kind of blog or how the other comment went but the comment you copied was interesting.

I was also, too, wondering if someone was trying to get in front of the story. If Palin outs herself she could have a best seller and control the story.
I would think her lawyers and the publisher have been on this, if that is what she does. It would take some attention off of the church and Dr. Baldwin-Johnson.
Levi would be less desirable in the media. She can buy some time and could continue to pretend she is thinking and writing as she builds her "new office" and political party.

On the other hand it would open a Pandora's box of garbage. Her palinbots are few. I don't see her sob story as a winner in the bigger picture. She is more despicable than " family value" mother of the year.

    ReplyDelete
  107. I think it is obvious from photos/footage that Bristol is very caring toward Trig (and maybe not so fond of Sarah). I doubt she would have approved of Sarah covering up her pregnancy and taking over her baby that she obviously loves. Sarah probably dumped Bristol in it by publicly announcing the pregnancy so she had no choice but to go along with it. How can that be spun to be saving a Down's syndrome baby? Sounds more like stealing your own daughter's baby (which she chose not to abort anyway so no saving of foetus excuse!) to further your career to me. If this ever goes mainstream and Bristol is Trig's mother, I hope Bristol tells her side of the story.

    ReplyDelete
  108. I was just thinking about the publicity extravaganza that normally accompanies the release of a book like Sarah's. You know, the usual round of talk shows, interviews, etc. I can just imagine those busy little bees in HC's publicity department hustling around getting Sarah invites to all sorts of venues in which she can push her book, only to have her start canceling at the last minute or just not show up.

Seriously! You know she's only going to agree to talk to people who promise not to ask her awkward questions. No asking about Trig's birth, or Bristol, or anything else Sarah doesn't want to talk about.

These thoughts occurred to me as I hung up the phone on an hour-long taped interview for a radio station. Answering question after question can be tough, even when you're talking about a novel, let alone a bunch of lies you've written about your life. How is Sarah ever going to handle it?

    ReplyDelete
  109. Yellowgirl - that is a pretty big catch. I would write this up but out of respect for Regina I'll refrain since this surfaced here.

I went to the thread and here is the next comment down (the first sentence is agreeing that a Rush statement is racist):

    la pure vérité
    October 15, 2009 at 6:16 pm

I have to agree in this case ‘Our Nation’ does mean white people. Not that tokenism won’t fit in here as well. Do you know of Adrian Ross? What has happened with the lawsuit against Palin over her crass and illega disregard for Juneteenth?

UVray what does revealing that Sarah did not give birth to the baby Trig have to do with her new group? I heard that the Alaska Trust Fund is so corrupt that it is being phased out. Another attempt at fund raising, Conservatives4Palin, may be having a similar processes. With the revelation about Trig about to go viral she needed a new vehicle to collect money. Is that what you are told? All the evidence does point to Bristol Palin as the mother of both Trig and Tripp, I thought it was inconclusive at this time? Would you share if you have further evidence about Bristol, thank you. It is only a matter of time until the facts are cemented that there is no way that Sarah was pregnant. Not so certain about Bristol being the mother of Trig. There may also be a nefarious adoption ring scandal involved.

It is always wise to get out in front of these type of stories. I don’t think Sarah is that smart, I think she will let it happen to her and after that her excuses will sound weak.

How much lying do we want to accept from politicians? If Bristol is the mother she may have faked a pregnancy in part to help the baby. She may have wanted to protect her career and found a way to use the baby. It will be interesting to see how it all unfolds. If the adoption ring is involved there will be serious criminal matters to come to light.

Rush Limbaugh’s drug problem was huge and he is an addict. He was also caught going to a country with his doctors prescription of Viagra, a country known to men who go there only to have sex with young boys. He does have a radio program but most people realize what he is about. It could be the same for Palin, she will have the same people that listen to Limbaugh, but most people will not be fooled by her.

    ReplyDelete
  110. I would also like to add that we have no reason to criticize Shannyn Moore or AKM. They are doing an outstanding job and they are right in the thick of it there in Alaska. Being a prolific liberal voice in Alaska certainly is a tough job. They have a different focus right now, which is absolutely fine.

We should also prepare for the day when the story breaks, because it WILL break. The Palinbots will try to spin it and say that she did it all "for the child" and what a great hero she is etc.

However, there is nothing positive about the way she handled it. The right thing to do would have been to openly adopt Trig, saying that the underaged daughter cannot take the (financial?) burden of raising a DS-child. This would certainly have earned her sympathies, even if it would have looked odd that Bristol's pregnancy was hidden from the public in the first place.

But that was not what Sarah did. She kept Bristol's pregnancy a secret, the baby was born, then she decided to fake a pregnancy, lied about everything all the way and when she became the Republican VP candidate she threw Bristol under the bus and used Trig extensively as a political prop. Apart from that, she let it happen that her political supporters insulted the Trig Truthers in the most disgusting way - even right up until today. These are just some of the basic facts, there will certainly be much more to add when this story finally breaks in the media.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Helen, I think that Rush Limbaugh was busted by customs in Florida as he returned from the Dominican Republic (yes, sex tourism is an industry there). They found Viagra, but no prescription! They also found condoms (no prescription required). This is what I recall from news accounts at the time, which was within the last few years, and after his problems with narcotics. I could be mistaken, but that is what I remember.

    ReplyDelete
  112. The ironic thing is that Bristol's pregnancy had to be disclosed in order to "prove" that Sarah was the mother of Trig (the timing issue .. it couldn't have been Bristol's baby, so it must have been Sarah's). It would have been better to be honest about it at the beginning.

Wouldn't be surprised quite frankly if the recent deserters of the CofP are advising her or her people that she might want to get out in front of this. Seems like the perfect way (if you're of the mindset she and her supporters are of) to drum up sympathetic support. I would not be surprised to see this comment and many others similiar to this popping up all over now.

I know this is far fetched, but when I heard Palin's doctor may be involved in a fundie cult adoption ring, it occurred to me that there might have been a woman having a Down syndrome baby who wanted to put him up for adoption, and Palin decided to adopt him and pass him off as her own to gain sympathy and bolster her pro-life credentials."

    """

You have nothing Patrick, just like Gryphen has nothing. The "iceberg," or gigantic story that was supposed to shatter whatever political hopes Sarah Palin had left will never emerge.

Of course, I'll always retract my statement should you prove me wrong, but that will never happen. What you call "babygate" is a conspiracy theory, nothing more. It will never be taken seriously except for a few on the fringe.

You see, in this case, the burden on proof lies on you. Can you conclusively prove your claims? If you could obtain a team of doctors to testify that Sarah Palin could not have been pregnant based on the photographs you so oft mention, then you would be on solid footing. But right now, you have nothing.

I don't agree with him but I respect that he's standing up for what he believes in without being obnoxious, like many of SP's rabid fans can be. But like you, I just don't get how any intelligent person can respect or support Sarah Palin. When I first started reading about her before any of these blogs existed, I couldn't believe how shallow and vindictive she was. She screwed over and stepped on people who helped her in politics. She lied about oppnentsbin disgusting ways. Then again conservatives seem to admire nasty negative campaigning.

I could go in and on but most intelligent see Palin for who she is. A user. A disturbed narcisstic fraud. She complains about people talking about her family and is calling Parade at the same time.

Jesse, why don't you see these things about her? Are you just so blinded by your conservative values? Sarah doesn't care about her fans. She never twittered them. She set up some Twitter group and never even followed up. And there is no way she writes those Facebook posts. How can anyone believe that. So what's your point? It seems you have nothing to offer. You won't comment on why Palin QUIT mid term. You say she's accomplished so much. I say she's taken lemonade and made lemons out of it.

As far as doctor's opinions, quite a few have said the birth story is either completely unbelievable, or that if it is true, Sarah must be either the stupidest woman alive or was actively trying to kill the fetus. Back to Sarah: I would like to see a Top Twenty or more list suggestions that are very serious- not just our usual witty comments.
The post topic/question poll would be the compelling important reasons why babygate (and its solution) should matter to the average American.

This would be the top reasons you would tell the Average Joe or Jane why it should concern them that Sarah Palin has the skeleton in her closet of faking her very young daughter's pregnancy as her own. How her bragging/lying in a political divisive way, dragging infant Trig around the country during a grueling Presidential campaign should matter to all Americans even if she never ran for office again.

    I start with-
Babygate matters because: Gov.Sarah Palin lied in a politically and ethically relevant manner and then had help from powerful political operatives to cover-up this family fraud in lying about who really gave birth to Trig.

  145. Jesse, can you ask Ms. Palin if the following was happening to her body, why did she take a flight from Texas to Alaska instead of checking into the nearest hospital.
    -----------
    Rupture of the Membranes
Sac it to me: What the rupturing of the membranes is and what to know about it.

What it is: The breaking of the amniotic sac, and the gush that follows, signaling that your baby is getting ready to be born.

What causes rupture of the membranes: No one knows for sure what starts the chemical chain reaction that begins labor, but experts point to a number of complicated factors, including brain signals from the fetus. ("Ready or not, here I come, Mom!")

  146. UVRay's "article" found by Yellowgirl has several interesting points:

    1. First he says Bristol is the mother of Trig--several times throughout the post. Then, in the second to the last paragraph, he refers to a "motherless child." Since this reference is in the conjunctive "and" with the reference to Trig, he must be referring to Tripp as the motherless child.

    2. Third paragraph: He mentions Trig and Bristol on YouTube, but in the next sentence states "it might encourage her to have Tripp adopted by Bristol." Again, he seems to be saying that Tripp was not birthed by Bristol, therefore Bristol should adopt him. He refers to Tripp as "a motherless child" later in the post. (I've read that this might be true)

These "poor Sarah" arguments are bogus:

    1. He states that national politics can be "twisting" on families--only true if the families are twisted to begin with. Families can be shielded from politics to a great degree ---however, Sarah chose to expose her family and use them as a shield for her. She did NOT shield her family from her aspirations.

    2. He states the media pushes people into no win situations. Untrue. A person's own acts and statements are what gets them into trouble.

Love his reference "if any of this holds water." Kinda like Sarah telling the world that she didn't "hold" her water on the Wild Ride.

We're not buying what he's selling.

  148. Jesse, one more thing. Can you ask Ms. Palin why she is a liar.
    -------
Palin lied when she said the dismissal of her public safety commissioner, Walt Monegan, had nothing to do with his refusal to fire state trooper Mike Wooten; in fact, the Branchflower Report concluded that she repeatedly abused her power when dealing with both men.

Palin lied when she repeatedly claimed to have said, "Thanks, but no thanks" to the Bridge to Nowhere; in fact, she openly campaigned for the federal project when running for governor.

Palin lied when she denied that Wasilla's police chief and librarian had been fired; in fact, both were given letters of termination the previous day.

Palin lied when she wrote in the NYT that a comprehensive review by Alaska wildlife officials showed that polar bears were not endangered; in fact, email correspondence between those scientists showed the opposite.

Palin lied when she claimed in her convention speech that an oil gas pipeline "began" under her guidance; in fact, the pipeline was years from breaking ground, if at all.

Palin lied when she told Charlie Gibson that she does not pass judgment on gay people; in fact, she opposes all rights between gay spouses and belongs to a church that promotes conversion therapy.

Palin lied when she denied having said that humans do not contribute to climate change; in fact, she had previously proclaimed that human activity was not to blame.

Palin lied when she claimed that Alaska produces 20 percent of the country's domestic energy supply; in fact, the actual figures, based on any interpretation of her words, are much, much lower.

He was correct. We all do know “what it is” as far as Sarah’s back up plan to deal with stubborn bloggers.

Get attack dogs McCain & Reihl to go after said blogger. They did quite a job on both Gryphen & Audrey.

Is anyone really surprised by this? That is how Sarah Palin works. You cannot disagree with her without fear of reprisal, which is why so many in Alaska refuse to come forward. How often have we seen people claim that it is a small state, she carries a lot of influence, has a lot of supporters who carry influence and people don't want to lose jobs, businesses or money (on any number of other things) for speaking out.
Heck, look at the Troopergate situation for proof of how determined she and her family are to carry a grudge and how far they will go in order to 'get back' at those whom they have issues with.

It isn’t just her lack of intelligence that should be a concern about her getting into another elected office, but her penchant for retaliation against those who happen to disagree with her.

The adoption part on it's own is a topic that does not get enough coverage. It has to be very big. Not to disparage the legal and decent adoptions but there is so much potential for bad. It is not that different from human slave marketing, which is another topic we don't hear enough about. We are led to believe none of these things seem to happen in the U.S.A. I've known him for a long time, he's a brilliant, honest and caring man who WILL take steps to find out what exactly happened while she was guarding the hen house.

She chose to pick a fight with the wrong person when she tossed Bill under the bus in '07. He will crush SP's partner in crime Parnell in the primaries and the democratic ticket is weak as always. He has a LOT of questions he wants answered about her administration, especially her dealings with VECO and big oil. I can assure you that when he wins, things will turn very ugly for the Queen if she isn't in prison by then.

What is Walker doing to get the emails and stop that obstruction?
Who needs weak politicians that can't speak up?

    ReplyDelete
  162. Anon 18:27

I can understand being leery of any Republican, as I usually am too. However, Bill is not a Republican in any way shape or form as they are defined nowadays. He never thought about being in politics until just a few months ago and spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out the best way to approach his campaign. He knows full well the Dem's will split votes with the independant candidate as always happens up here. His decision to run on the "Republican" ticket had little to do with his ideologies and everything to do with removing Parnell from the race in the primaries. If Parnell isn't taken out in the primaries you WILL be looking at another 4 years of the Palin regime.

Bill is a progressive thinker, he's NOT involved with any psycho church. He spends most of his vacation time (as does his wife) in small villages in Africa doing volunteer work, not for any political gain (as I stated above he NEVER expected to be in politics) but simply because he cares about people.

He HAS been working tirelessly and directly against Palin for the last 3 years. Trying to get AGIA exposed for the fraud that it is and progressing the only viable option for Alaska keeping and distributing it's natural gas. Please do yourself a favor and at least visit his webpage (billwalkerforgovernor dot com) to see what he's all about before dismissing him because he's on the Republican ticket. I don't blame you at ALL for being leery of a Republican candidate, he knows this is a hurdle he is going to have to clear with many voters that think like you and I. He will be able to do it though and I can assure you he will be a COMPLETE 180 from the politics we have known up here for way too long.

As for the emails, you can bet they would be released under him. He's as curious as anyone. He has sued Palin over the AGIA act already (which is on the hush hush with this administration) and is one of the things that will eventually leave AGIA dead in the water. Emails aren't his priority right now but he IS aware of that situation. I spoke to him about it last week.

Sorry Regina for this post being OT

  163. Parnell can speak in complete sentences and he has better social skills than Palin but he's still a piece of work. I went to a presentation he gave to university students about Alaska's economic future recently.
He went on for a long time about fossil fuels and said a few forgettable words about renewable resources and then opened it up for questions. Finally, the question I was waiting for came up :

"What about the future of agriculture in Alaska ?"

His response was soo lame that I wrote it down verbatim. "I can't know everything about everything, and I don't have a plan for everything."

So we're supposed to believe a Politician has not even spent enough time thinking about agriculture to have formulated some sort of stock response ?
And feels that the response he gave is not revealing in a rather unsavory way ? After all, he knew the topic was our economic future. Very palinesque . . .

I think you are right anon 19:31 in that the email obstruction is something people can grasp. Bill is an attorney and he knows full well they are playing loose and fast with the law right now in MANY areas, not just the emails. I will let people know how he responds

  168. I came here to make a declaration and ask a question. The declaration was that you Trig Truthers have nothing, and always will have nothing, even in spite of the fact you may still persist.

The question was simply this: What evidence do you have to back up your claims? Documents proving a cover up? Eyewitnesses to a conspiracy? Doctors who who can authoritatively tell me that Sarah Palin was not pregnant? This is a rather mundane request. Why can no one comply with it? Is it an unwillingness to do so, or perhaps no one possesses the the capacity?

    ReplyDelete
  169. Jesse, what evidence do you have that Sarah Palin gave birth to Trig? Do you have a copy of the birth certicate to show us? Certainly Sarah can produce that? It can't be too hard to find and you are in touch with her.

I am a retired physician and I will tell you honestly that no way, no how is Sarah's "wild ride" story accurate. There are so many things wrong with it from a medical point of view. I simply don't believe her.

So show us the evidence and let's put this to rest. We would also like to see a video clip of Dr. Cathy Baldwin Johnson stating that she delivered Trig on the 18th of April, 2008 and that she advised Sarah that it was ok for her to first give a speech and then travel for hours after finding leaking amniotic fluid.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. It is a rather mundane request for us to see these documents. And no, we are not the ones that have to prove anything. Sarah does, or we will continue on. She will not get away with this hoax.

    ReplyDelete
  170. Do you need to see the birth certificates of every politician's child, or just Sarah Palin's? Is that the level of proof you require of Obama and his children, or do you have an entirely different standard for Sarah Palin?

We have testimony from Sarah Palin's doctor. We have eyewitness accounts from everywhere, from both Palin's family and enemies of her family, such as Levi Johnston. Yes, even he admits Trig was Sarah Palin's son. Where does that leave you? A person without any real evidence to support a particular claim. I don't know who you are. You say you are a retired physician? Prove it. Go on record and sign a document that says that Sarah Palin could not have given birth to Trig. Use your real name. Go ahead, just try.

    ReplyDelete
  171. @Jesse C., why did Sarah Palin quit her elected position in the middle of her term? Please tell us.

    ReplyDelete
  172. Jesse, hearsay is not the same thing as an official birth certificate. You offer no evidence that she did give birth, only hearsay. The document from her doctor such a mess that it was dumped right before election eve and is not an official medical record.

Why do you think the McCain campaign called Palin "Little Shop of Horrors"? What is your theory?

    ReplyDelete
  173. There is no "testimony" from Palins doctor. Far from it. She has avoided this issue like the plague. You do realize Jesse that the editor from ADN has given SP EVERY opportunity to prove us false and has been rebutted. This is all on record. She contacted him repeatedly stating how absurd this all was and wanted him to put this story to rest. He wrote back to her and said he would be happy to and just to appease her, said he believed her. He told her all she had to do was cough up the birth certificate for HIM to see and he would write the article. She never wrote him back.. Hmmmm.. I wonder why.

Since SP is NEVER right about anything and is made a fool of constantly, one would think she would just LOVE to be vindicated on this. All anyone has asked for is some kind of official proof this birth happened. This would be VERY easy for her to do if she had it.. But of course, she doesn't.

You haven't come through with a few simple requests. I don't see that you are willing to know the subject. I think that is fine for you. However, it shows lack of cred to others.

Palin birth certificates prove zero. Why would you think that matters at this time?

All that you are saying doesn't relate to how others know things to be. It is fine for you to have your belief and opinions. I thank you for being polite. No one has to prove anything here. You can look things over and come to your own conclusions. I am not going to try to change your concept. I respect differences.

If the day comes when you want to engage in a meaningful discussion with others here about these subject, you need to be up to date with both sides and be able to ask relevant questions, also, too. You make blanket statements that don't say much to others here. You may want to ask someplace else. This isn't a court of law or mediation. I'm not a medical professional and I can't inform you with that kind of knowledge. If you have medical questions, ask and others can help you.

The birth certificate? A DNA test? Perhaps you might believe they would be tampered with, ensuring that Sarah Palin would get a positive result.

To be honest, I don't think there are many of that can be convinced of the truth. You will not accept Sarah Palin's written document. You will not accept eyewitness testimony. (And it is not hearsay when you report what an eyewitness has said publicly.) What will you accept? Nothing, it seems.

Do you hold these standards to anyone else? Does Obama have to prove he is the father of his children? Do you demand birth certificates of every politician's child? Do any of you?

    ReplyDelete
  176. Jesse, answering a question with a question is a logical fallacy. It's called plurium interrogationum.

You offer no proof of your claim of Palin's 5th pregnancy.

(FYI - President Obama is also irrelevant to this debate, and thus an additional fallacious angle of argument.)

Do you have the legal/official proof that Sarah Palin gave birth to this child or not? If you do, please present it. We are willing and eager to see your proof. Thanks.

  177. What we know are FACTS Jesse is that SP is a demonstrative liar. Easily proven lies spew forth every time she opens her mouth. Todd and his buddies built the house, they built the boat, AGIA, the bridge to nowhere that turned into the 8 MILLION dollar a mile road to nowhere (since there's no bridge), I've been found innocent of troopergate, all ethics charges against me dismissed, Levi didn't live in the house and on and on and on ad nauseam.

All we have is HER word she gave birth to Trig. Pictures, statements and dates just don't add up. So there's no reason to believe her about this either. She's a pathological liar, she plagiarizes, she's a liar for Jesus, she's a liar period. IF she was telling the truth this time she would be proving it to anyone and everyone who would listen because it would be the ONLY time she ever HAS told the truth

People in the public eye, celebrity or politician, are best served when they do the right thing. That means to be open and honest. If there is a problem, does an innocent person say "I don't think there are many of that can be convinced of the truth?" And continue hiding and making the same mistakes?

Palin has documented how she responds to transparency in matters other than the questions about fraud and carrying out a fake pregnancy. Republicans are good at cover ups and the public has lost trust. Palin is one shady Republican and they keep promoting her, but she is not the only one that is weird.

You have a blog. Please collect your proof and all the witnesses for Palin that you deem worthwhile. People will review it. If you know of things to support Palin's "wild ride" and Trig story, PLEASE tell. If others have missed it, that would be a waste. Why won't her supporters do something worthwhile? They could learn the subject matter and discuss it. You need to present what you are talking about if you want to be taken serious.

It is in Palins power to tell the true story and answer the questions about her past behaviors. She could explain everything. If I needed to clear something up that I thought was misconstrued I wouldn't be thinking and stay stuck on well, I won't convince anyone. That would make me look like I have something to hide and that was my excuse. I'd confront it head on and hope for the best. Only control freaks have to control everyone. You do your best and put it out. When you have truth on your side you have a better chance of convincing.

If she was pregnant, and she is not opening up about the questions, not many will see that as a class act. That is a red flag and she is not to be trusted. She could have shown a birth certificate to an editor, it was her choice to back out of the discussion and not show good faith at all. She is dumber and more dangerous at this time if she was pregnant with Trig. I bet you don't even want to admit the pregnant story makes Sarah Palin someone who was willing to kill of an unborn in the last trimester. That is the Palin the pro-lifers love.

The situation is nothing close to anything about Obama. If you have pictures of him with a Gusty belly you might have a point. Otherwise that shows weakness.
Any politician that did the things Sarah did (you are not willing to examine) would be held to a standard. You need to get on the program and stop asking lame questions about everyone's child. I don't know of anyone that wants to see any child's birth certificate at this time. Palin had her chance and she blew it.

Put your blog to good use. I'll read the witnesses you line up. Even if it is only Todd, Bristol and the family. No one wants Dr. Baldwin-Johnson to violate HIPAA but she could tell little stories as others have done. Like how she has a great sense of humor and was doing her one liners as they wheeled her into give birth. I know if you put your mind to it you can get that interview.

First, I repeated the evidence I had presented earlier, in addition to asking questions. No one has yet to challange the veracity of that evidence.

Second, it appears you know something of logical fallacies. Good. Perhaps you could give me an explanation of plurium interrogationum, with a link to an outside website so I can study that fallacy some more?

Third, I use President Obama as an example. You can substitute any politician if you wish. My point is this: why do you hold Palin to a different standard than other politicians? Why not question the origin of their children? It is not an unreasonable question.

    ReplyDelete
  180. Jessie, Why would I give you my real name? So you can harrass me and my family like you have to others. You are a nobody to me and I do not have to prove I am a retired physician. I am one and frankly Sarah Palin's story is BULLSHIT and you know it. Any doctor would say it is BULLSHIT and even a first year resident would tell a woman with a special needs infant with birth complications who is leaking amniotic fluid to GO TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM ASAP. You seem smart. Are you such an idiot that you believe this story is the truth? You are either a moron or a liar if you say you believe it to be true.

Other politicians do not use their children as political props. They simply don't. Palin says she is pro life and kept her Down's baby to prove it. She even brought him up in China for God's sake. This woman is a lunatic who is stealing money from the public, from people who believe her. That is immoral-how can you not see that. Any true conservative moral human being would have a problem with that. I am a registered Republican and conservative and Mrs Palin sickens me. Absolutely sickens me. I was a supporter until I read the "wild ride" story Jesse.

You go and tell her to provide us proof or we are going to push this like you have never seen in your life. We are tired of this nonsense, do you understand that? We are tired of your bullying and the bullying of your cretan friend the other McCain-the racist anti-semite. You are messing with the wrong people. You are not a nice person and frankly you are a liar. If you were a conservertive you would have seen some of the things Sarah did in office were hardly acts of a conservative. She is a hypocrite and so are you. And you will not intimidate us!

It would be very easy for you to get this taped statement and the birth certificate and put it on your blog.

These are not unreasonable things to ask and we are not talking about President Obama. This conversation has nothing to do with him.

It has to do with Sarah Palin and her pathological lying. And her taking money from people who believe in her because she gave birth (in her words) to a Downs syndrome baby. Sarah Palin is the one who made this a political and public issue Jessie. We are not the ones who did this. If she had been private about it all, then it is none of our business. But she continues to use this as a money raiser. I have never once seen another politician do this, but if they did then YES, I would hold them to the same standard.

Please stick to this situation and do not bring irrelevant people into it. That is not an effective argument. Its crap.

Here I will state this. I gave money to Sarah Palin when I first heard she was McCain's candidate for VP. I happen to be pro-choice as well-I am not a liberal-and I thought it was wonderful that she chose at an older age to give birth to a Down's syndrome baby.
And then after reading her wild story and doing subsequent reading, I feel as if she stole my money. And you can bet that I am not the only one in this country who feels like that. If she would have told us in the beginning she was adopting her daughters baby to help her, I would have been so impressed with her. That is not the case....SHE LIED

Why should I devote my blog time to something already thoroughly debunked? I would lend more credence to this conspiracy theory than it should have. For that reason, I resons only through comments on blogs such as these. I have made my case and presented my evidence. You could simply address the matter if you could get a doctor to go on record and support your cause.

And for that matter, why should Sarah Palin lend you credibility by providing a birth certificate to a handful of obsessed bloggers? You wouldn't believe it if she did present it. You would claim it was forged and ask for a DNA test. There would be no satisfying you.

However, if a prominent member of the media were to make such allegations as you have just done, then Sarah Palin would release the birth certificate to embarrass the mainsteam media. However, they know this would be the case, which is why they do nothing. They will not risk being humiliated in such a manner. Sarah Palin would not waste such an opportunity on the likes of you.

You're right when you say it's not about Obama. This is about Sarah Palin. What I have noticed is that everyone who beleives in thise conspiracy theory really doesn't like the woman. This of course leads to a certain bias, which in the more extremist groups manifests iteslf in different ways.
In this case, I beleive that in order to sustain your hatred and anger, you must construct these absurd theories. And yes, I do sense a great deal of anger from you.

Only time will soothe such and anger and eventually skepticism over these conspiracy theories takes hold. I sincerly beleive there are few here that will genuinely believe these absurd stories a few years from now. It's just a matter of time.

On to a second matter, why is written testimony worth less to you than video record? Can you explain that to me?

If your primary source of information on Sarah Palin are the tabloids, then that may be your problem.

None of you on this blog have provided compelling evidence that stands up to scrutiny. You want credibility? Get three or four doctors to back you up. Obtain eyewitnesses to a conspiracy. Find a document proving your claim. Otherwise all you folks have are a few photographs that would be laughed out of any court if presented as material evidence.

If 10 people or more write letters and send follow up cars each week they would keep a constant stream going.

I don't know the printing cost but I think they are reasonable compared to a newspaper or bill board. If you do a public service type campaign you could do them all, newspaper, magazines, bill boards and a page in Variety. She is in the entertainment business to many of us.
