Greg Sargent from The Plum Line reports that Harper Collins has now confirmed that they paid for Sarah's flights - but they say that she has only taken three plane trips, although the plane was following her all the time!
Does anybody believe that? Because I sure as hell don't! The plane was following her, but she was not flying with it? NO WAY.

For the fourth time, I am not advocating ignoring or dismissing Palin's treatment of Trig. I am making an appeal that it be approached very carefully.
A bunch of random bloggers suddenly calling Alaska Child Protective Services could be interpreted as a political attack on Palin, as exemplified by this trollpost, above:

ProChoiceGrandma - Barbara Walters mentioned the hole in Trig's heart and that he may need surgery during the recent 'at home with the Palins' segment.
BW's statement surprised me because I recalled reading or hearing that the hole had closed. I don't recall where I heard of either Trig's heart condition or that it had closed. The heart condition was not disclosed in the medical letter presented by the campaign although the letter stated Sarah had perinatology evaluation to ensure there wasn't "significant congenital heart disease".
My step-mother had a hole in her heart from birth and flew frequently. I don't know what, if any, medications she had for the condition. I think it would be prudent to defer to Trig's doctor who surely is aware of his activity.

It is also worth noting that Jesse (and at least one other at C4P) has complained that Patrick & Regina are not U.S. citizens, and therefore should not have a vested interest in our politics/politicians.

The first mention of Trig's heart problem was in that fawning biography published shortly after the election. IIRC the book was written with Palin's cooperation, and in it she reports that Trig was born with a heart condition common to babies with Down's, but that the defect cleared shortly after Trig's birth. She also said she knew about it before he was born, which makes the "wild ride" all the more horrific.

Anon @ 15:12, it would only be "horrific" if you believe Sarah was actually pregnant with Trig. She was not. Little Trig was carefully stashed away from January 2008 until his "presentation" on 4-18-08 as a preemie newborn (with the chubbiest cheeks ever seen on a "preemie newborn", I might add).
ProChoice-I'm going with her version of the story, it's way worse than any adoption scenario.
Since all her dates are off by four weeks or so, I think she lied about them for Todd's benefit, if you catch my drift. It actually makes sense that she would have starved herself not to show in the hope that God would intervene for her. She carried that hope all the way to delivery.
So ProChoice Grandma, you think Bristol is the mother to both children, as I have always believed? And you think Trig's father is a relative, perhaps someone like Track? And then Bristol became pregnant right away with Levi? Given the timeline of Bristol's whereabouts during those years, it seems like the most logical explanation for all of this. They just fudged the actual dates a bit, for Trig's real age is somewhat ambiguous, wouldn't you say? I can't imagine how Bristol must feel if Trig is truly her own. As people have been pointing out, it is abusive to wrench a child from his primary caregiver's (his mother's!) care, no matter what. Poor little guy. And poor Bristol, if she has no control over decisions about one of her babies...having to be without him must be anguishing. This thing about taking that child on a plane to high altitudes just has me sick. That one issue should be brought up by the MSM and examined. If Trig is still traveling with her, HOW is he traveling? I have a health problem which makes flying somewhat risky, so this hits home for me. That child has no say in the matter, to state the obvious! And again, what about his real mother's wishes? I would think Bristol is very depressed at the moment, if she is in fact Trig's real mother.

There is no way she carried that baby herself. No amount of starving oneself would lead to such a small (non-existent) belly. Women from third world countries have bigger pregnancy bellies, and they may be eating just once a day if they are lucky. The idea is that she got pregnant from an affair she was having? I don't think so, though I wouldn't be surprised if all the affair rumors were true. (And, if she got pregnant by someone other than Todd, she probably had an abortion, as has already been speculated.) This may sound weird, but Todd acts far more warmly toward that little boy than she does. If Trig were some other man's son, I don't think he could muster up that kind of affection. While I can't really go too far with this scenario because I don't believe she was pregnant, I would say that Trig looks so much like a Palin I don't know how he could be another man's son, a man from outside the family I mean.

More recently, in Sarah's book, Track seems to be the one that encouraged Sarah to resign.

We're talking about two problems with her plane travel: 1) she claims to be "regular folk", but she is using transportation that costs $4,000.00 per hour. If it was so fine with her to travel by plane, why go through the exercise of pretending to use a bus, at all? Because it is a traveling billboard? I don't think so. And, 2) if Sarah Palin is taking a medically-compromised child on flights against conventional medical advice and practice, well, I don't know how much feeling you have for children in general, but this is deeply concerning. Btw, fellow bloggers, I do find when we hit a nerve here is when these people come on and try their hardest to ridicule us.....use it as a sign that we get ever closer to showing the truth about Sarah Palin! Notice they don't mention the pregnancy issues, just the plane. Trying to change the subject, are we?
If Bristol has bonded with Trig, which she obviously had way back at the convention, this separation would be painful. Any mother would know this to be true. Mothers tend to be biologically wired to want to protect their children every hour of every day. Most of us have to learn to let go, not the other way around.

A lot of terrible things can happen when drugs are involved, young teenaged people are unsupervised and basically neglected. (Trig looks like Track, there's no denying it, I have always thought.) That's why I still wonder - and don't jump all over me, people who scream that Sherry J has had a hysterectomy, according to her - if the other possibility is that Trig is Sherry's and Track's. I can believe it will be looked into and if he is not to fly, there are others who will care. His family is sick and the media is lagging. It is clear that CPS does need to be on top of this, also, too. Harper Collins may step up and do what is best for him since his family can't manage that. Bristol is either like her mother or she just does not have the backbone to stand up for Trig, both are not good. Todd is not the Down syndrome advocate he pretends. As any parent of a toddler will tell you, toddlers need to be on the floor, running around, grabbing things, playing in a safe and familiar environment. A child with special needs requires this even more, plus OT and whatever other therapy is prescribed.
That little boy needs to be back in Alaska at his own house with whichever caregiver they choose. Sarah's on the equivalent of an extended business trip, so Trig should be home with Todd (or Bristol?) Instead, he's a prop. Does anybody believe that if he didn't have Down Syndrome Sarah would take him along on this weeks-long photo op?
From what I understand, children with Down Syndrome, need routine even more than typically developing children. How can he do therapy on a bus or on a plane or in ever-changing hotel rooms? How can he begin to learn how to take care of himself, feed himself, wash his hands, get ready for bed, make choices if he isn't in a safe, familiar place?

The reason you can't take your own photo of Sarah Palin at her book signings is because some of the photos provide photographic evidence of things Sarah and her team don't want you to see. They've showed the jet she actually travels in; the situations of Trig and Piper (it shows people who care about such things as school attendance that a certain young school-aged girl has been playing hooky for quite some time--her minions don't care!) Her people read every word of these blogs, especially the comments, and they react to what they read. It's obvious that each move she makes now is controlled by what she sees here on these sites. Too bad, we are telegraphing all her mistakes to her so she can adjust. Expect plane-switching to throw us off the track; a properly dressed, glasses-wearing Trig as much as possible; and the end of amateur videos and photos which are the only source of seeing what's really going on without the filter that SP wants. If the MSM would do its job, this wouldn't be the case. Like any dictator, she wants to control the message, hence no photos/videos unless they are pre-screened and approved for the masses. Have you ever seen a control freak like this?

Where is Trig riding? He may not be able to fly. He may have bonded with Bristol suffering from separation anxiety. If you cared to check on the Palin children you would know the possibility of drug use. Also, on Palingates Regina has covered this. There is a lawsuit against ex-governor Palin and the State of Alaska for the drugging of children in state care. You cannot trust Palin's doctors due to her suspicious record with Dr. Johnson. Palin also, too, has the signs of a drug addict. Prescription medications are the most prevalent addictions today. It would be careless to overlook Trig, they could use drugs to control him and treat problems like separation anxiety. That is one more thing that professionals need to examine. Not medical or legal pros under Palin control or influence.
Palin and the jet matter not only for the little lies she tells. The jet could be life and death for Trig, he could end up in a vegetative state. Do you want the whole world to ignore him? This is not only about Sarah! Take off your blinders for a moment!

I won't go near there - Costco is always a parking nightmare and according to our news, there are a couple hundred people who lined up last night. COSTCO? Less than 3 miles from Costco is a HUGE Barnes and Noble - HUGE! COSTCO?
Since she's on a small plane, the plane (WITH SARAH) will land at Scottsdale Airport and the bus will pick her up there to fake her bus arrival at COSTCO!

I guess the bumps and lumps that have been noticed by 'unauthorized' postings of 'unauthorized' pictures online have come to their attention, and in order to quell any rumors of her potentially having MRSA on her face, she wants to control and photoshop them all.
Also, too, she has realized that she is such a 'big celebrity', that she can make even MORE money by milking her minions out of even MORE money than just having them buy her book at almost full price at the different establishments.
Like that, she also, too, is making sure she will be getting some royalties - as opposed to having her book sell for less than $9 (or being given away for FREE!), in which case she would get NOTHING, and H/C would be getting even LESS in return of their big investment (Notice how lately all reports seem to be saying that she got $FIVE million in advance - NOT $ 1.5 million...)
(BTW: Know any REAL celebrities that charge for having their pictures taken by fans? (I mean, other than Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny...)
If Trig has a heart ailment it is most likey a PDA, patent ductus arteriosus, a common anomaly in trisomy 21. It is a shunting that is left over from fetal life, when w didn't need blood to go to our lungs for oxygenation, as we were in utero. Sometimes that "bypass" stays open and needs to be closed surgically , if it doesn't close off itself. It's not life threatening or anything. Licensed pilots woth PDAs need yearly EKGs to show no arrythmias are present, but it does not preclude them from flying.
Now, I am just taking an educated guess that Trig has a PDA.If it is another heart anomaly, then flying may well be dangerous.

Thank you also to the many Americans and Alaskans who post comments on this blog. Alaskans have been some of the first to expose Palin's incompetent governance of Alaska, and other concerned citizens have followed up.
It is interesting to watch the many video interviews with Palin supporters who are waiting in line for the book signings. there is some great footage. Words and phrases like integrity, she walks the talk, "small government" etc are thrown around. People use words like socialism but can't define them. People want small government and low taxes but "a strong military", which is VERY expensive. The bottom line is that it is clear many of these people have no idea what Palin's true record is in Alaska, and have no idea of how huge the defense budget is as a part of the Federal budget, or that we the huge deficit already existed before President Obama took office and had been building up for years as Bush and Cheney kept the huge war cost "off the books".
In the videos of Palin's supporters, I recognized a number of buzzwords and phrases commonly used on Faux "News". Many Palin supporters writing on her Facebook page, at C4P, and speaking in these interviews proudly state that they only watch Faux News. As was pointed out in a comment above, Rupert Murdoch, an Australian, owns Faux "News" and has stated that the programming of the network reflects his views. It is interesting that now this blog is being criticized because the bloggers are not American, yet the majority of Palin supporters are receiving brainwashing from a propaganda network run by an Australian and that's just fine with the Palinbots.
And yes, it IS propaganda over there at Faux News. Textbook propaganda: at least three times recently Faux News has been caught using footage from other events to make various crowds seem bigger than what they are. This included footage of Sarah from a campaign rally last year being presented as footage from a book signing at the start of this tour.
The bots must be getting pretty desperate if they are reduced to complaining about the nationality of the bloggers on this site, but are more than happy to cozy up to any "non-Americans" who promote Sarah.
I actually feel sorry for some of Palin's followers, at least the ones who haven't been following politics in the past and so they think she is actually genuine. They really have no idea what a terrible governor she was, and they are in for some rude surprises as the MSM finally is taking some notice of more of her scandals.
Don't think what you say won't come back to haunt you-you reap what you sow.

Don't know if my last one posted. I suggested putting those two great videos by Palingates and Breepalin on the front page. It's a quick way to show the evidence to people without them needing to read through a lot of pages. Once they start to see how "odd" the whole pregnancy looks in photos, people are more open to reading more detail.

Mr. Cornish, fearless defender of free-markets and ceaseless champion of the invisible head, might I suggest you spend some time investigating how Mrs. Palin's tax policies (ACES) have impacted oil and gas companies and prospects for future wages/employment. Forget the pipeline, that died long ago resultant from increased domestic production and falling prices. What will happen as drilling continues to move off state-owned land as a consequence of Mrs. Palin's punitive taxation? The Gipper wouldn't be proud.
