Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston: Hello, stranger! - UPDATE!

Sometimes blogging about the Palins feels like talking about a huge soap opera.

Unfortunately, it's more serious than that, because "Saint Sarah", the woman who is not only a huge warmonger, but also an expert in lies, deceit and manipulations is preparing her run to become President.

But today, it's soap opera day, mixed with hard legal facts which show again how secretive the Palins are when it comes to their personal dealings.

Bristol Palin's famous condo in Anchorage has been talked about a lot lately. The recent posh story featuring Bristol Palin by Harper's Bazaar was shot in her condo - and she had some strong things to say about her former lover Levi Johnston:

"I just ignore it. He is a stranger to me," she says, visibly rattled by the mention of Johnston's name, though she refrains from saying more. "I don't want to get into it. It's just dirty laundry." She is not seeing anyone at the moment: "I'm in no rush. One day I'll find a nice guy."

However, in the world of young people, things can change easily, and the today's news can become old news very quickly.

The new mysterious Alaska online gossip magazine "AlaskaWTF" yesterday published a short story under the sensational headline:

"Levi Johnston banging Bristol Palin again!"

In the short article, AlaskaWTF claimed that Levi has been "staying over" at Bristol's apartment for the "past week".

Shortly afterwards, this article was then removed from AlaskaWTF, and a short notice was put up, saying:

"We had a post up earlier that we took down for a few ($$) reasons. Check back later next week for more details."

Another short message by "Dirk Diggler", the owner of AlaskaWTF, followed in the comments:

So this made us very curious, and our brilliant contacts in Alaska (BIG WAVE TO OUR FRIENDS IN ALASKA) yesterday checked the situation out - with success.

I would like to disclose here that Palingates has already known Bristol's exact address in Anchorage for quite a while. We not only know the address, but also know who the legal owner of Bristol's shiny condo is - for more details, see below.

But first let's talk more about Bristol and Levi, the young participants in this great soap opera. Levi is the proud owner of a big red truck, pictured here with his sister Mercede and a friend:

Our brilliant contacts went to see yesterday if they could spot Levi's truck at Bristol's condo - and there it was, parked just in front of Bristol's condo.

Note the yellow motorbike, which we haven't seen before. We are pretty certain that the black truck next to Levi's car belongs to Bristol.

We post a cropped version here of the photo taken yesterday, showing only the cars and not Bristol's condo, as we have no intention to disclose her address. We also would like to ask our readers not to make guesses in the comments.

We also want to make absolutely clear that so far we do not know whether Levi "stayed over" at Bristol's place. We therefore cannot confirm this part of the story in AlaskaWTF, as the only thing we know is that Levi's car was parked in front of Bristol's condo yesterday, that the truck was there at that point.

We think it's great that apparently some attempts of "reconciliation" are being made here, and that Levi now also gets to see Tripp more often. This is very good news for everyone who feels for the young child and wants him to grow up with a mother and a father in his life!

But we have more to report.

Some of our readers have wondered in the past who the legal owner of Bristol's condo is, as Bristol Palin's name was nowhere to be found in the property listings.

In the article in Harper's Bazaar, it said:

"She's also fiercely proud of her newly purchased condo. (Before she bought it, she and Tripp were living at home in Wasilla, an hour and a half away.)"

Palingates can now unveil this secret and can prove that the Palins went to great length to conceal the legal owner of the condo.

The legal owner of the property is the company "SM Properties LLC", with Yvonne Robinson as the registered agent, office address: 711 H Suite 620, Anchorage AK 99501.

Yvonne Robinson, unsurprisingly, works for Sarah's and Bristol's preferred expert for all legal problems: Thomas Van Flein.

From this document, we learn that condo has a market value of $ 272,000. Teen pregnancies pay nicely these days!

Please note that we have obtained more documentation about the condo in order to properly verify it. We have even checked the pictures from the estate agents listings, and they match - compare them with pictures from the Harper's Bazaar video from the photo shoot:

So, it's clear that the Palins didn't want the world to know the details about Bristol's condo. In classic Palin-style, the name of the company also has this typical "hint" to real life events, because Bristol's full name is Bristol Sheeran Marie Palin - so why not name this company which they apparently set up just to buy the condo "SM Properties LLC"? ;-)

I don't know which tax consequences this construction has, if there are any benefits or whether they "just" wanted to conceal the purchase.

This new development in the relations between Levi and Bristol, although the details are cloudy, is very interesting indeed, especially since Mercede complained just several days ago, on June 2, on her public facebook page (every facebook user can see the page with the "wall", it's not a private page) that Bristol served her with a subpoena, although the details of the subpoena are not clear:

Mercede also reveals many interesting details and news from her life on her public facebook as well. She is for example very proud about her new car, a VW Beetle, and buys presents for her mom:

Therefore, lots of things are at present happening in the world of the Palins and the Johnstons, and there will certainly be no shortage of news in the near future.

Sarah Palin, "Family Love", and the Johnstons - UPDATE!

Yesterday Gryphen dropped yet another interesting bombshell. He revealed that the much discussed Triggybear photographs had been snapped by Levi’s mother, Sherry Johnston, on the 3rd May, 2008, a significant date because it was the day of Levi’s 18th birthday. I’ll come back to this later.

Here is the photo of Sarah, Mercede and Trig, taken from Mercede's "Triggybear" collection, which Mercede published on 4th May, 2008 on her myspace. The caption reads “Mommy Inlaw Trig and Myself”. Mercede and Sarah certainly do seem relaxed and comfortable with each other, don’t they?

Next we have the photo of Mercede, Bristol and Trig. Again there is no tension here. The girls both appear to be happy in each others company. No sign here at all of the brooding hostility that is yet to come. For the moment everything is hunky dory and the caption reads “Family Love”.



I also include this curious photo taken on the 25th April, 2008, one week after Trig's official birth.

It is titled "My Sister IN-LAW , Oooh how I love her". How much closer can you get?



This leads us nicely to the mystery photo which was first revealed on the Tyra Banks Show on 6th April, 2009.

Audrey at Palin Deceptions wrote an excellent post regarding this photo which I encourage everyone to go back and read. With help from the Palin Deception Team, Audrey quickly identified that the photo was of Levi, Mercede and Trig and that it had been taken on the same day as the well known Triggybear pictures.

So let’s step back in time to the day when the pictures were taken. It is Levi’s eighteenth birthday. It’s quite an exciting birthday for many young people who often find themselves in a hurry to grow up and gain some independence. We don’t know for certain how Levi celebrated his birthday but we do know that some kind of celebration was held for him at the Palin home and that at least two adults (Sherry and Sarah) were involved. How do we know this? Let’s take a closer look at the new enlarged version of the photo that Gryphen posted:



On the counter behind Levi, who is tenderly cuddling tiny baby Trig, is a birthday cake. It must have been for Levi because it was his birthday. How sweet it was of Sarah to open up her house to a virtual stranger, his sister and his mother and share birthday cake with them.

In the following video, Sarah suggests to Barbara Walters the fact that she did not know Levi very well (from 5:32):



Barbara Walters: "At the time, leaving aside feelings today -- how did you feel about Bristol's boyfriend, Levi Johnston?"

Sarah: "We didn't see a lot of Levi. Bristol told us that she was pregnant...that was probably the only...only the second time that we had seen Levi there, in our living room, having a conversation with us like that."

Was this really "the second time" that they had had a conversation like that? Did Sarah unconsciously reveal to Barbara that there had been two conversations with Levi in which Bristol revealed that she was pregnant? Or did she simply want to imply that she had rarely met the young man who had impregnated her daughter?

The pictures portray a different story. They seem to be a celebration of not just Levi’s birthday but a celebration of life. Trig’s life. Members of the Johnston and Palin families come together to share birthday cake and cuddle Sarah’s “precious perfect miracle” and practice “Family Love”. We also shouldn’t forget that previously on the morning of 18th April Levi was present at the hospital to welcome Trig into the world, according to Levi's article in Vanity Fair, October issue 2009. For a young man that it has been suggested that they wanted out of their daughter’s life and that Sarah implies that she did not know well Levi certainly was tight with the Palins.

An obvious question is why are they celebrating Levi’s important birthday at the Palin home? Why not at his family home with his mother and sister? Perhaps Bristol would join them there for cake and nibbles? Could it be that Levi felt so extremely comfortable at chez Palin because it was now his home and that he invited his mother and sister there to celebrate his important birthday? And did he live there with Bristol while she took care of Trig and did he help her take care of him?

So many questions and I will admit that I do not have definitive answers to them. Here is what we do know. We have the picture which turned up mysteriously on the Tyra Bank Show. A picture taken by Sherry in which Levi and Mercede share a very tender moment with a frail looking baby identified as Trig. We have Levi’s 18th birthday celebration shared by members of both families in the Palin home indicating that Levi was possibly living there at the time the photo was taken. We have the photo of Bristol and Mercede which identifies Bristol as Mercede's sister "IN LAW". We have the identification of Sarah as “Mommy Inlaw” and the caption underneath the photo of Bristol with Mercede and Trig which is curiously titled “Family Love”.

To this I’d like to add one more teensy observation. And this may provide the twist in the tale or not. In the Tyra Bank photo take a look at Levi’s ring finger. He wears a gold band. Is this a promise ring, an engagement ring or a wedding band?

In the Vanity Fair article Levi said that they broke the news of Bristol’s pregnancy with Tripp to Sarah and Todd the day after his birthday. Yet here he is wearing on his ring finger a gold band. Gryphen has suggested that this is an engagement ring and I have no reason to doubt what he says although I am still open to the suggestion that they may have married. What I do ask myself is why the hurry to commit and when did they become engaged? Bristol was seventeen. Levi just turned eighteen.

Levi has admitted himself that his relationship with Bristol was somewhat tumultuous. Finally, Sarah has stated that she did not know this young man well at all. This young man who was presumably promised or engaged to her daughter is not known to her very well at all, yet he goes so far as to wear a ring at his birthday party in Sarah's kitchen - and this ONE DAY BEFORE the happy couple had broken the news to the Palins of Bristol's pregnancy with Tripp.

Does this make sense to anyone?

UPDATE

I have found further evidence that Levi WAS living with the Palins before and around the time of his birthday. I think that this is very crucial and absolutely proves that Sarah was lying when she spoke to Barbara Walters.

Again. Ask yourself why was he living there? I can only surmise that he was helping Bristol take care of Trig.

From the Vanity Fair Interview, October Issue 2009:

"...since I used to sleep on the couch until Bristol got pregnant......."

"Todd slept in the living room, on his little black recliner, with the TV going in the background—usually with the news or an Ultimate Fighting Championship match on—wearing clothes he wore that same day. (Since I used to sleep on the couch until Bristol got pregnant, I know he doesn’t snore, so that’s not why he wasn’t in bed.) At four a.m., he was gone, off doing something. Sarah would wake up around five, then go to Kaladi Brothers Coffee soon after."

In addition, it's of course also a blatant lie by Sarah Palin in the interview with Barbara Walters when Sarah claimed that she didn't know that Bristol already had sex when the news of the pregnancy with Tripp arrived.

The written proof for this lie is hidden in Bristol Palin's old myspace comments, which the Palindeception research team unearthed in early 2009.

On May 14, 2007, Bristol Palin wrote in the myspace comments on Johnny Chandler's page:

"haha, my mom was asking me who i was on the phone with last night, and she said she heard everything i was saying...now she thinks im pregnant. ahaha, call me later if you'd like.."

This incident had even further consequences for Bristol, because Sarah Palin then took Bristol's phone away for a few days:

Well, can we really be surprised? After all, everyone who still has his/her marbles in place knows that Sarah Palin is a nasty pathological liar.

A tale of two familes: the Johnstons and the Palins - Sentencing of Diana Palin

December 18, 2008

Sherry L. Johnston was arrested by Alaska State Troopers at her Wasilla home Thursday December 18, 2008 and charged with six felony counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance.

November 20, 2009

Sherry Johnston was sentenced Friday to three years in prison for dealing the prescription painkiller OxyContin.

Johnston received less time than the normal five to eight years for a second-degree felony drug charge because the amount she was dealing was so small.

Johnston is slated to serve her sentence at Alaska's only female prison, Hiland Mountain Correctional Center in Eagle River. She has been at Hiland since she pleaded guilty in August.

Her attorney, Rex Butler, has filed paperwork with the state Department of Corrections to get Johnston out of prison and on an ankle-monitoring program for her three-year sentence. If she qualifies, Johnston could serve her time at her home in Wasilla.

With a criminal history of only one misdemeanor DUI charge in 1993, Corrections officials say she is a good candidate for the program.

Butler said his client was selling some of the drugs to get money to pay for other pain medications that her insurance company was cutting her off from.

April 13, 2009

Jailed at Mat-Su Pretrial Facility since Wasilla police arrested her April 2, Diana Palin pleaded not guilty during a brief appearance in Palmer Superior Court this morning.

Police say she broke into a home on West Mill Site Circle owned by Theodore Turcott to steal cash. Turcott told investigators he'd lost nearly $2,600 in two prior burglaries, so when he saw an unfamiliar car pull into his driveway, he waited in a bathroom for Palin and confronted her after she headed straight for a cabinet where he kept his money, according to a police affidavit filed by Officer Jentry Crain. Palin's 4-year-old daughter came into the home as her mother was being detained by Turcott, who was armed, police and prosecutors say.

On April 2, police arrested Palin for that day's break-in and also for a burglary March 31 in which nearly $400 was taken from Turcott's home.

The grand jury on Friday indicted Palin for those break-ins, and also for one March 26 in which $2,200 was stolen, according to court documents.

January 29, 2010

Palin received SIS (Suspended Imposition of Sentence) and therefore will serve no more jail time.

She WILL continue her substance abuse treatment at Akeela House, where she will receive services on an outpatient basis.

These two women broke the law. Both crimes involved drugs - one crime was small time drug dealing with mitigating circumstances and the other was burglary to finance the purchase of drugs, where the woman took her 4 year old daughter with her.

Sherry Johnston belongs to a family at odds with the Palins and was sentenced to three years in jail.

Diana Palin is... a Palin (!) and was sentenced to nothing, apart from some rehab program as an outpatient at an expensive facility.

Tripp enjoys Christmas and might still believe in Santa Claus...

...but WE shouldn't!

Let me explain:

Mercede Johnston has published sweet pictures of Tripp on her facebook-page. They show again how much love and joy Tripp receives from the Johnstons. One has to look at these pictures alone to know that Bristol's lawsuit where she files for sole custody of Tripp is a farce and that her arguments are nothing but a joke. Bristol Palin should be ashamed of herself, but then it's all too obvious that Queen Sarah aka Bible Spice is behind these awful accusations that Bristol makes in her affidavit.

We have seen numerous pictures of Tripp with Levi (and some with Mercede) up until today - published in magazines, on TV etc.

Tripp bears a resemblance to Bristol. In addition, what has not often been talked about so far is that Tripp ALSO bears a great resemblance to Levi. This can easily be proven, because the UK tabloid "News of the World" during the election campaign published a large collection of pictures showing Levi as a toddler and a child. In the public realm, there is now overwhelming evidence available (including affidavits) that Tripp is indeed the child of Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston, and that he was born on December 27, 2008. What stirred up justified questions regarding the identity and the exact birthdate of Tripp was, for example, the fact that his birth in 2008 seemed to be very secretive and that there were no photos of him at the time of his birth.

But there could be possible reasons for the secrecy in December 2008 - there does not need to be a "sinister motive". For example, it is very well possible that neither Bristol nor Levi were keen on greater publicity at this time - after all, their relationship was most likely already "in decline" after the election was over. Not a time for happy pictures!

Let me point out again:

All the inside evidence we have received in the past - NOT from "anonymous commenters", but from real people who had no problem to reveal their identity to us - points very, very strongly in the direction that Bristol is the biological mother of TRIG. This is not a conspiracy theory. I will explain the evidence in more detail in the near future, I promise.

However, it is my opinion that the rumors surrounding TRIPP are indeed a conspiracy theory, which now should be obvious to everybody. It's time to put these rumors aside and time to acknowledge the real facts regarding Tripp.

The real controversy is about TRIG. The fact that Sarah faked a pregnancy with him is the real scandal. The fact that the MSM has ignored the faked pregnancy so far is another scandal!

TRIPP is what he is - the baby of Levi and Bristol. Everything else is a distraction.

Santa Claus is just for Tripp - and all the other little kiddies! ;-)

The Four Ounce Gambol (McPhoney McPhotos) - Ozmud about the "Trig mystery"

This post was published on December 29, 2009 on the Australian blog "Oz Mudflats". Regina and I liked this post a lot and therefore we asked Ozmud if we could repost it, and Ozmud happily agreed.

Ozmud's post comes at the right time, as a heated discussion has started again about the various theories regarding the parentage of Trig and Tripp. I think it's time to get "back to the basics". Please note that the collection of the Mercede Triggybear-pictures can be found here!

In her book, Sarah jokes about having had contractions during her infamous ‘my Down Syndrome son isn’t due for a month and my water broke but I don’t need to go to a hospital’ speech in Texas. And yet here’s an excerpt from her press interview given to the ADN (Anchorage Daily News) just 4 days after the alleged birth of Trig Paxson Van Palin:

FAMILY FEELS BLESSED: Back at work already, governor says she wasn’t in labor in Texas. By LISA DEMER ldemer@adn.com Published: April 22nd, 2008 01:11 AM Last Modified: October 20th, 2008 02:15 PM

“I am not a glutton for pain and punishment. I would have never wanted to travel had I been fully engaged in labor,” Palin said. After four kids, the governor said, she knew what labor felt like, and she wasn’t in labor.

So which is it? And how, after delivering four other babies, could she not know that the slightest twinge of labour (false or not) can become fully engaged labour without notice or provocation?

And why didn’t her ghost-writer know to check the local news archives so Sarah’s book would reflect versions of events already in print or on tape? Had the writer never researched a book prior to ghost-writing this one? Would Harper Collins have sent a green ghost-writer to handle such an ambitious, potentially lucrative endeavour? Would they not have wanted to protect their investment with a proper writer? The idea that all the discrepancies in Sarah’s book can be attributed to an inexperienced ghost-writer seems a bit too convenient to me. And fishy too, also.

But put all that aside because we have other discrepancies upon which to focus today. Below is a photo of Trig, a premature baby of almost 5 weeks, at a reported birthweight of 6 lbs 2 oz, being held by his grandmother, in the hospital corridor, just hours after he was allegedly born:

And here is a photo of Trig on Mercede’s lap, in Sarah’s dining room, at least 1 – 7 days after said birth:

Did you get that? Ok look at it another way. BabyTrig, home from the hospital beside my friend with her ‘just born’ bub, Missimoo.

The two babies pictured above are meant to be only 1/4 pound different in weight. Four ounces. 113 grams. That difference is equal to 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 stick of butter (US) or a 1/4 pound Big Mac (without the bun and lettuce).

Look again at the photos of Trig, one allegedly taken only a few hours after his birth, and the other on or just after his homecoming (which was reported to have been the day after his birth):

Now do you get it? The bub Trig in Mercede’s lap is noticeably smaller than the newborn Trig in grandma’s arms, and yet that photo was taken at least one day after Trig’s birth. The photos could not have been mislabelled or taken in any other order because the photos of grandma showing off her ‘hours’ old grandson’ is well documented by newspaper and television crews. Obviously, then, the aunt Mercede holding baby Trig while seated in one of Sarah’s dining room chairs photo, had to have been taken after the hospital hallway photo, after mum and bub have gone home from the hospital.

And yet the two bubs in the photos of Trig don’t appear to be the same age or weight.

Head – meet desk!

For the record, I hadn’t really paid attention to any of these photos when they were first shown a year ago. But some time after Missimoo was born, and I was looking through her hospital photos, the penny dropped. Look how Trig fits in the crook of Mercede’s arm. She needs only one arm to support him and only the one hand to secure his bum and his classic premie-baby, fetal-positioned legs. That was my epiphany. That’s exactly how my 4 lb 4 oz premie son looked and fit in the crook of my arm until he was about 5 lbs (around 4 weeks old). Missimoo, on the other hand, spills over her dad’s arms (see next) and her brother needs both of his arms to balance his sister (see summary). Plus, when you look at the photos side by side, the bub in Mercede’s lap has the look of a premature infant while the bub in grandma’s arms, with his well-rounded face, clearly does not.

The only logical explanation is that Trig was actually born several weeks prior to his public debut and that the MySpace photos (mysteriously wiped from the internet during the 2008 Presidential campaign) more accurately depict his real homecoming. Sarah’s wild McRide across the US was an amateurish exercise in misdirection, deliberately executed to establish her pregnancy as fact and garner credibility and favour with the media.

The photo-op pictorial of Sarah’s parents holding their newborn grandson in the hospital corridor the next day is as McPhoney as McSarah’s new McCheekbones. But it does establish her parents as willing cohorts in her scheme to separate the American McPeople from their McCash.

And for me, here’s the icing on the cake – if it turns out that baby Trig was born not on April 18, but in February or March, my (and a lot of others) original observation that Bristol and Levi, as two teenagers brought up under the misguided banner of abstinence only, erroneously thought they had a window of opportunity to safely engage in unprotected sex following Trig’s birth, thus resulting in Bristol’s falling pregnant a second time, fits surprisingly neatly into the timeline of a second son, Tripp, being born in December.

I cannot possibly know which of the Babygate theories is true, if any of them are true, but I can tell you that my eyes are not so old I can’t tell the difference between the premie look of the bub in the photos gleaned from Mercede’s MySpace, taken in Sarah’s home, and the more matured weight and look of the bub displayed in grandma’s arms, allegedly taken no less than the day before the dining room photos and purportedly only a few hours after his birth for the benefit of news crew cameras.
