If these photos of male candidates had appeared on the cover of Newsweek with the headline "The King of Rage?" would anybody say the magazine was being sexist?
Is this sexist? Michele Bachmann posed for the photo and she IS angry about a lot of stuff.
Funnily enough, when Sarah Palin posed for the Newsweek cover with her (false) boobies on parade nobody said anything about sexism.
I suppose if a woman chooses to highlight her fake assets to sell copies of a magazine, the magazine can't be accused of being sexist. But in this case, I think the woman herself is being sexist for introducing imagery alien to politics, an arena where she wants to be treated as an equal... and as a serious person to boot!
Isn't life grand?
