If she really had more stuff done, we're all waiting to see the results. Whatever happened, I hope she stayed clear of Jocelyn Wildenstein's plastic surgeon...It's a pity there's no procedure to give Sarah Palin's heart and brains a makeover. She could then boast a prettier conscience and be able to write her own Facebook notes, but with compassion and understanding instead of the vitriolic bullshit her ghostwriters are spewing at the moment.
