Trig is our 'blessed little angel' who knows it and is lovingly called that every day of his life. Even the thought that anyone would refer to Trig by any disparaging name is sickening and sad. CBS should be ashamed for continually providing a forum to propagate lies. Consider the source of the most recent attention-getting lies -- those who would sell their body for money reflect a desperate need for attention and are likely to say and do anything for even more attention."

Barb you said it well. I personally do think Jesse should be banned because it is very obvious what his intentions are. I think he is much more sinister than a deluded palinbot. I think his goal is to continue repeating empty attacks against anyone who criticizes Sarah. I think the shortening of Levi's hunting trip could be a problem for the ex-gov. He may have been deprived of his rights under color of law. Section 242 of Title 18, USC. He quoted then Governor Sarah Palin telling him to get home or she'd pick him up. He should talk to his attorney about that, because even if he doesn't want to pursue a court case, he may have something he could use as a bargaining chip to be treated more respectfully by Sarah Palin.
Shannyn mentioned that this is Alaska's Hatfield/McCoy family feud. I think it is America's family feud, and Sarah Palin made it that by responding to him.
Her response also put her unparalleled hypocrisy on display.
Yesterday, his interview was basically a nothingburger, considering he repeated what he said in October's Vanity Fair. With the attack today, I think it's clear that SHE DOESN'T READ!
Thinking of how she worked-up the crowds, saying every sort of thing to provoke outrage from her fans last year, it looks like she's now trying to divide her own family. This is the sort of thing she thrives on.
Alot of people forget that Levi never wanted to be involved in this. He was out hunting and $P had to talk to him when Bristol couldn't get him to cut short his hunting trip.
At C4P, I don't see any direct threats, but they're engaging in the same sort of talk used by the ultra-cons agains the President. They openly hope that something violent will happen to him. It's the sort of talk that could encourage one of them with the loosest screws to do something violent.
What they are doing is like the time King Henry's asked, "Who will rid me of this fool?" Then several of his knights murdered Thomas Becket at Canterbury Cathredal.
Imagine Sarah was pregnant ... the bombshell could be that Levi is the father of Trig with Sarah Palin. We need to know more about that gun in a box, under her bed.

I am so sick of reading the ignoramus troll's post. Said troll pulls back a bit whenever threat of banishment is raised, but soon is back. Then continues to troll, just tones it down.
But it is still trolling. Troll just posts nonsense, but with barbs in it to try to get people to respond. Any time we want to read idiots like that we can go to the Ocean of Urine. Here, is Levi talking to Maggie in April. Apparently, what set $P off earlier this year was his statement on Tyra Banks' show that $P almost certainly knew that he and Bristol were having sex before she became pregnant.
That would detract from her family values image and abstinence only sex education position. I think when Bristol expressed doubts about abstinence-only, $P jumped up and corrected her for departing from the party line.
One of the reasons I miss Audrey so much is that her posts were well reasoned and well written. And they inspired well written comments which were easy to follow, even if you'd been away for a few days. I think things have disintegrated lately, at least on this blog--all sorts of unexplained references, misspellings (what's so hard about a possessive apostrophe, folks?), silly name calling and unnecessary exclamation marks. Just harder to follow, and very annoying. Outing Sarah should be a serious pursuit, in addition to being a hoot.

If you don't like the posts on Palingates or the discussions and feel we're not up to your standards, please lead the way and ADD something rather than just criticize.
Palingates covers a number of issues, it's not all about Babygate. I find the posts very well researched and beautifully written, both by Regina and more recently by Patrick.
There's a search facility and a list of gates, making everything very easy to find. This is one of the best organized sites about Sarah Palin, what else do you want?

I'm Anonymous at 15:35. I love the blog, the writing in it, its scope, the posts by Patrick and Regina, no criticism at all. The comments just seem much harder to follow lately. I used to read every word of every one, but now I just skim for the good ones. From your reactions, I'll conclude it's just me.

The comments on Palin Deceptions were almost exclusively about Babygate. Here people make all kinds of remarks of a more political nature. This site is not moderated, so the conversation flows more smoothly and there's no censorship.
You have to take the interesting with the boring, the correctly written with the spelling and grammatical mistakes, but at least you can give your opinion...

We have to take the good with the bad. There has been some disruption lately but given Patrick and Regina's good advice most of us are now ignoring "it".
The important thing is that here we have a forum where we can discuss the issues in close to real time and that is important. The comments might not all be the best in the world, either stylistically or formally but they do add to the discussion and that is the important consideration.
I must have missed the rule where you had to be an english major to post your thoughts. Folks are now worried about the placement of a possesive apostrophe? Can you imagine a world where only english majors are allowed to express how they feel or post opinions? Wow.. just wow
If you read the the GQ 2009 May article "He Shall be Levi" he tells about being picked up on a family hunting trip.

In another article Levi mentions Meghan McCain and her reaction to Levi getting make up before her. It's another insight to who she is behind the spotlights.
Well, I wrote a comment this morning, while I was up way too early as I needed to check for an important email I was expecting.
And I did notice after I posted my comment that I incorrectly used "it's" instead of "its". However, I write my comments in the little comments field. They are not blog posts so I don't write them in Word and check all spelling and polish them.
I figured people could figure out what I meant when I used "it's" and it should have been "its". There's a lot going on in my life and I thought that it was a better use of my time to try to grab some more much needed sleep before starting my long day. I figured the "flow" would be disrupted more if I deleted a comment just so a I could repost it with one corrected word.
I don't know if it was MY incorrect use of "it's" that has hacked off Anon 15:35, but really felt that I wanted to respond.
Audrey's blog tended to move slowly. There would be a big revelation every so often, so it was easy to stick to one topic in detail. Now we have so many connections starting to be made, as well as frequent disruptions by the troll, on several recent threads.
There's been a lot going on lately. And that is good for those of use who want Palin out of politics permanently. IMO, if people explain every reference in detail we're going to use a lot of space explaining things that will usually make sense if the whole thread is read.
The disruptive troll frequenty has disturbed the "flow" of comments, which is why I was writing my comment. IMO, the troll is a lot more disruptive than an incorrectly spelled word or extra exclamation points.
This blog is wonderful, the tide is turning and many folks are waking up. The contributions of the commenters from Alaska like B. Dwyer, Charles are fabulous! Whether or not our grammar, punctuation marks, etc. are "correct" according to anon @ 15:35 is irrelevant. Hey anon, if you haven't taken your happy pill yet, please do so, because we won't let you be a "killjoy" here!
PCG and others, I agree with you about PD. As wonderful as the blog was, the moderation was really bad news. BTW, was that moderator, Morgan, the same Morgan who had a short lived blog with all the photos of SP, BP etc ?

I could have sworn both were "Morgan Kaiser" (not real name). I'll check my e-mails from them or her.
I know for a fact that Morgan kaiser was the photo blogger and NOT the pd moderator. The photo blogger answered my email and question re a pic, and she said that she used a random name generator to get a pseudonym, that there was no way in hell she would have her real name out there for any insane palinista to see.
She did say that if she had thought about "Morgan" being a main player on pd, she definitely would have used a different pseudonym.
I really miss her site, she was funny and good at the photo thing. I'm with the poster who said it didn't matter what "dirty laundry" she had...I think it's a pretty reasonable assumption that none of the so called dirt would have made her a better or worse photo analyst.
I think it's a sad irony that audrey and the 'other' morgan didn't even try to hide their disdain for the photo morgan, and now audrey is victim of the same disgusting tactics. Sick. Bloggers private lives should be just that.
Sorry but the PD mod Morgan drove me nuts. Here we are debating one of the if not THE biggest political conspiracies in US history and she us acting like it's the frikking Emily Post blog forum! I cannot tell you how many comments I had canned by her...when there was literally nothing controversial or remotely inappropriate. I'm sure as a person she's great. As a mod?
