Tape this:
Bristol Palin commented on her role with The Candie's Foundation, "I am so happy to have this opportunity to work with The Candie's Foundation on spreading the message of teen pregnancy prevention. I feel that I could be a living example of the consequences of teen pregnancy." Palin added, "If I can prevent even one girl from getting pregnant, I will feel a sense of accomplishment."
Palin will be joined by Good Morning America's, Chris Cuomo who will be the moderator of the town hall meeting and fellow panelists; actress, Hayden Panettiere, MLB starting pitcher and MVP for the Tampa Bay Rays, Matt Garza, Editor-in-Chief of Seventeen Magazine, Ann Shoket, CEO of the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy, Sarah Brown, and Founder of The Candie's Foundation, Neil Cole. The town hall meeting will take place at 1pm at The Times Center. From PR Newswire
Well, she has been spreading already - her legs, that is! :( Incredible, what kind of twisted messages those Palins are giving! She couldn't have found a more appropriate venue to 'spread' the word about teen pregnancy prevention?
Another publicity stunt by the Palin clan. GINO just wants to appease her conservative base while using Bristol to help influence new, young voters. What a joke!
GINO slashed monies to help teenage mothers and their babies from the 2008 budget. Enough said.
It actually seems about right. Seen her crew's MySpace shizzle? BTW, do we still have to think about the mousekateer turned kiddie porn turned the thing it is? I was seriously hoping the disney product was going to off itself and slightly cleanse our pop culture.
Regina, I love your blog. I am trying to get this meme out there: Palin has a real Achilles' heel related to fashion. It seems to be part of personality disorder. Palin has repeated ethical issues related to fashion!
Pls. expand or correct this list of Palin’s fashion-related problems to date:
1) $180,000 on clothes (RNC) still in bags somewhere (2008); 2) Arctic Cat jacket/walking billboard (2009); 3) Naughty Monkey shoe appointment (2009); 4) Candies’ shoe connection for Bristol (reversing Bristol’s own statement on nat’l TV re: abstinence…- 2009)
Palin is a fashion fiasco. It is a repeated behavior for her; now she is passing it to Bristol. Fashion (vanity) is always Palin's weakness! There will be more fashion-related fiascos for Palin, because it seems to be a compulsive part of her disorder. (Related to narcissism?)
Alaska has a high rate of teen pregnancy, so why not start advocating in Alaska? Methinks if she was sincere, she would have started working within her own community.
Talk about irony! Last fall, as part of its campaign against teen pregnancy, Candies Foundation placed full page PSA ads in the New York Times and New York Post. The ads featured a picture of Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston, among others, as examples of the “epidemic” of teen pregnancies today.
So after being “Exhibit A” for the epidemic of teen pregnancies, Bristol is now going to advocate for the group.?!
On the webpage below, click on the small poster with Bristol and Levi’s picture and it will enlarge. http://deceiver.com/2008/10/27/candies-crusades/#hide
ToAnon @ 04:42, Fashion Facts: I've always wondered how Sarah stays so make-up perfect, the same painted on arched brows, lip liner, and now I'm almost convinced that the eye liner and lashes are tattooed on as well. Regina has the treasure trove of photos-- are there any where Sarah isn't made up perfectly? And what does that tell us about such a vain, self-absorbed person?

Wow - sure looks like a Foundation that works for teen porn stars doesn't it?
It is a shame though, to give these people ANY publicity.
Looks like sugar-britches, jr., Bristol, has found herself a real job. She's definitely got experience spreading those legs.

Shouldn't that read 'TEEN SEX?'

Like GINO, it's all about national publicity.
