Sarah Palin's disappearing acts (update)

All seven parts of the video of Sarah Palin making her "choice" speech in Indiana have been removed from youtube. Including her account of the decision she made regarding an abortion, in Part 6 of the collection.

Since Sarah Palin became vice presidential candidate in late August 2008, lots and lots of things have been removed from the web.

Photographs taken during her "pregnancy" with Trig were scrubbed from the state of Alaska official website, e-mail accounts that had been used for official state business were closed and all records disappeared, Bristol's and her friends' MySpace accounts were scrubbed between certain dates and now her Evansville speech has vanished from youtube.

Sherry and Mercede Johnston mentioned their computers being "cleaned" during the vice presidential campaign and loads of photos scrubbed.

Andree McLeod is still waiting for some of the e-mails that remained, a request she made several months ago...

Sarah Palin's open and transparent style of governing never ceases to amaze me!

UPDATE: The videos that were embeded on some sites were removed by the user. There are other versions still out there, posted by a different user.

The fact remains that a lot of stuff was scrubbed from the net and the governor is not very transparent at all, even if her choice speech is still available.

I may have started the post from a false premise, but the bulk of it stands! And I stand corrected on a minor detail... Sorry!
